The bed was very uncomfortable, no microwave in room, restaurants were extremely overpriced for the what was ordered and the menu was limited. The pool is supposed to have someone waiting on you but I was there for several hours and no one ever came around. The view was amazing, the astronomer they had come in was really cool, and the staff was very friendly, but not worth the price.

Find the highest point among the red rocks of Sedona. It's there you'll find the flag of Enchantment firmly planted. It is seriously the best place I have stayed anywhere, which is only a problem because I travel other places and the reality of the quality and service in other higher end resorts fail to meet my expectations. The people are helpful, friendly, and attentive... always willing to help, which is probably the most important part of any service industry establishment. The grounds are meticulously groomed and peaceful. The food is excellent at their restaurants. The spa exceeded my every expectation. The room is clean, roomy, and is nicely appointed with extras like a Nespresso machine. I know I probably sound like I work there, so if I have a complaint, it's that I can't afford to stay there more often. If you're coming to Sedona and you want to be blown away, Enchantment is the ONLY option.

This was our third visit to Enchantment and we were not disappointed, The rooms were up to their usual high standard and the staff are truly amazing. We took a number of stunning hikes when we were there and of course Sedona is a short drive away. The food was of the highest quality and the service is second to none.

great place to relax, eat great food, exercise, etc. I'll do this the next time I need to relax.. the town is also really cool. We ate 3X in town and each restaurant was great. Going back for sure with friends.. I wish I could have found somebody good at pickleball in that town. Next time I'll bring the talent with me.

This resort is intimate (small( but has many service and food options despite feeling cozy. We enjoyed the variety of activities (spa, hiking) in a gorgeous setting. We were a bit away from the town but I loved how quiet the hotel was at night. I slept well each night because it was so quiet. You really only see other guests which walking to other parts of the property. The staff were very helpful and knoweldgable.

Location, Location, Location! I was in awe of the beauty of this resort and loved the fitness centre and trails you could start from the property. Definitely one of my favourite stays.
