Facilities: Very new, newly opened hotel.
Hygiene: good.
Environment: There are KFC, barbecue restaurants, and local burger restaurants nearby.
The lobby is Chinese style.

Hotel is only a few miles away from the airport. It stands out behind a petrol station at the Al Mouj roundabout. Close to Al Mouj (The Wave as some locals call it). Easy access from the hotel to the main roads. Is a new hotel that is clean and has a friendly staff. The King Deluxe room was very spacious. Only wish it had a bathtub, along with the shower. Free breakfast was included. Great rates for the location.

Conducted business in hotel and around the hotel. It is a great place to visit. Everything is a stone's throw. The airport is very close by, the beaches are all very close by, shopping centers are not far, and you can even walk down the street to get to quite a few eateries if you do not wish to eat at the hotel. I wouldn't know why, because they have a great menu. The conference room we used was well furnished with a great view that I enjoyed while waiting for the rest of the business associates to arrive. The price is very low considering that the hotel is new, well furnished, AND close to everything around!
