The service at the reception impossible. at least one lady chewing gum gave appropriate answers at check-in. Otherwise fine. As a smoker, you are treated worse than a dog. The dog is given a bowl of water and is welcome. There isn't even an ashtray in front of the door for a smoker, I've never experienced that before. For better or worse, you have to put the butts in your pocket or dispose of them in public rubbish bins. Some just throw them on the street. Is not beautiful. Otherwise the hotel is getting old. trip.com is not recommended. I had asked if there was a balcony in the room booked. The answer was yes, but unfortunately it wasn't.

Das 4*Superior Hotel hat sehr schöne, moderne Zimmer mit Strandblick. Das gesamte Hotel wird Zug um Zug modernisiert. Deshalb haben nicht alle Zimmer den gleichen Standard. Der Speisesaal ist die Jahre gekommen und hat Modernisierungsbedarf. Es gibt einen schönen Pool-Bereich auf dem Dach mit beeindruckender Aussicht. Den Spa-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Sauberkeit im Hotel sehr gut. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Niemals hätte mein Mann und ich damit gerechnet, dass dieses Superior Zimmer eigentlich ein Dachzimmer wäre. Zwar mit Ostseeblick, aber einem holprigen (2 Stellen) Zugang. Der Fernseher am Bett hatte hatte ein ständiges Ruckelbild und sprang auch an und um, wenn wir den Apparat im "Wohnbereich" bedienten. Das Bad war ok, bis auf den Kosmetikspiegel. Er war in einer Höhe von 1,80m angebracht und lies sich nur hin- und her bewegen nicht rauf und runter. Als Gutwill bot man/Frau Pohl uns kostenlos 1x Kaffee und Kuchen im Wintergarten an. Wir haben es abgelehnt da wir am Tag vorher dort waren und uns der Kuchen nicht geschmeckt hat. Das Zimmer gehörte auch selbstredend nicht zu den schon renovierten. Fazit: Erfahrung macht hoffentlich klug.

Den positiven Bewertungen kann ich mich nur anschließen, das Hotel ist wirklich eine Empfehlung wert. Es ist aber auch sehr speziell, die ganze Anlage ist ein einziges Labyrinth und man braucht viel Zeit und Muße, um sich darin zurecht zu finden. Das ganze Ambiente ist sehr künstlerisch gestaltet, offensichtlich mit einem Faible für besondere Sitzgelegenheiten, im Stil der 70er Jahre.. Unser nicht renoviertes Zimmer war völlig okay, allerdings ohne Klimaanlage, mit Aussicht auf den Dachpool, der sehr schön ist -siehe Foto. Parkplätze sind in Heringsdorf rar gesät, das Parken kostet 20 € am Tag in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage und 7 € am Tag in der kooperierenden Wald-Parkgelegenheit etwas entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Mitarbeiter überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Wir mussten aus gesundheitlichen Gründen unseren Aufenthalt um zwei Wochen verschieben, und das wurde problemlos möglich gemacht. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür.

Das Hotel Kaiserhof ist eines der besten Hotels die ich bisher besucht habe. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon. Es gab eine Dachterrasse mit Pool und ausreichend Liegen. Es war toll dort zu chillen. Das Frühstück war schmackhaft u.die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Da das Hotel 1.Strandlage hat, waren es nur wenige Meter bis zum Wasser. Auch bis zur Konzertmuschel und zur sehenswerten Seebrücke waren es sehr kurze Wege. Mit dem Fahrrad hab ich die beiden Kaiser Bäder Ahlbeck und Bansin erkundigt und war auch hier begeistert.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes, frisch renoviertes Zimmer in der 4. Etage mit kleiner Terasse/Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Frühstück lässt kaum einen Wunsch offen. Das Angebot wechselt täglich in Teilbereichen. Es wird also nicht langweilig. Die Bar im Wintergarten in der 5. Etage sollte man erlebt haben. Auch von hier ist der Blick -auch zur Seebrücke - traumhaft. Nur die Tiefgarage ist für große Autos ungeeignet. Alternativ kann man einen Parkplatz eines anderen Hotels oben auf dem Berg nutzen.

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und es war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Das frisch renovierte Zimmer samt der Ausstattung gefiel uns sehr. Zum Frühstück gab es ein reichhaltiges Angebot, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war. Zudem war das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und immer bereit, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr zu empfehlen mit einem schönen Ambiente. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.
