Very helpful staff I may have mis spell Diez. Night shift on 4.22. We plan to drive to Madrid but unsure if we can due to our rented car had not applied the entry permit. He had been super helpful, searching in website n found where v may park our car outskirt of Madrid n take a train to go. Clear instruction. Real helpful! Room size is big n clean. Great view n v had dinner in the restaurant.

Structurally beautiful, Great views and lovely room. ….but, something uncomfortable about staying there. Weird that we were not allowed outside on Saturday night because there was a wedding… we were clearly in the way as just ordinary guests! We felt like prisoners in our room , only alternative was the bar… which had a football match on the tv. We quite liked listening to the loud wedding pub band from our balcony until late into the evening. So,
overall - not at all what we expected from a parador!

Hygiene: The hotel is very hygienic.
Service: Enthusiastic.
Environment: Located outside the city, enjoy the panoramic view of the city. Especially the morning sun, shining on the city, the balcony has a full view of the city.

This is a very good hotel with amazing views and possibly the most beautiful reception / bar / restaurant area we have ever seen. Only 3 mins car drive from the historical center, it has also a number of amenities that can make the stay very enjoyable. Reccomended.

Boring Dual carriageway to Aranda, but very nice CL road into Segovia. Nice and Sunny. Parador nice as usual, pool open, warm outside. Not busy really, chatted to another Brit biker. Nice room on 5th floor, bike in covered area. Lovely Beefsteak Tomato tartare with oils, "Jewish" salad with chickpeas etc and half a bottle of Crianza. Lovely breakfast as usual. Very nice staff.

Good atmosphere, nice buidling with excellent view on Segovia. Friendly personal. Good food. The only minus is the inflexibility in opening the outdoor swimming pool in June. The indoor swimming pool was very hot and not relaxing when it is 28 degrees outside.

The views from every part of the Parador are spectacular especially at night. I just wish they served food earlier in the evening. I realise that is the Spanish way but as there are always a lot of foreign guests they should be more flexible.

An excellent base from which to explore Segovia and surrounding area. Cuisine up to usual Parador standards and the building itself is full of space and light. Definitely recommend

Hotel is set in a great location with excellent views of the city but was let down by the restaurant staff

This is a curate’s egg of a hotel. The welcome at reception was great and the room and view were lovely. Breakfast was also excellent. The pool was nice but I am not entirely sure how clean it was. Dinner started well but we were abandoned to look at our empty plates for far too long. In then we gave up. When I reported that the bath in our room was dangerous - you had to get into the bath to run a bath - nobody was particularly interested in the fact that I had slipped and fallen into the bath while trying to run it. The bruises are still emerging. If your mobility is limited there are far too many stairs with little alternative. A pity as it could be so nice.

Visiting from Florida. The front desk attitude is “I am doing you a favor”… The room although clean is very dated (back to the 80’s). The vibe is that of an elderly home. The restaurant is good, but too much protocol to eat there. It’s all far from city although has a nice view. You cannot control the temperature; room was very warm both nights, have to leave balcony door open (no screen) to get fresh cool air. There is no matrimonial bed; they just put together two twins; each with different bedsheets. Plus in the room you can hear outside hunting dogs barking during day & night, as well as bathroom noises from your side neighbors and noises of moving furniture from room over ours. Not a good experience. But seems all Paradors are the same.
