Mediocre and unprofessional welcome, pathetic and claustrophobic room, totally different from the description at the time of booking, non-existent bathroom external sink uncomfortable bed and non-opening windows, double bed wedged between two walls with 25 centimeters of space only on one side, TV hanging very up and not even leaning towards the bed, which is also uncomfortable, such small rooms at about 100 euros per night is a theft, personally, if not forced by force majeure, I will never sleep there again. Of the whole complex, the restaurant saves little choice but good and well presented, and even the courtesy of the lady of the dining room makes the difference, also included at breakfast, with enough choice of sweet and savory, it allows you to have an excellent breakfast, too bad the Indian guest, who barefoot, it left a not exactly scented trail, but this is not the fault of the structure, however my advice is to avoid the hotel

Situated close to airport with a free 5min shuttle that arrives every ten-fifteen minutes which is the best feature. Hotel room and condition was very clean, bathroom was immaculate. Hotel lets itself down service wise in the restaurant. We told the waiter we were ready to order dessert twice and waited over 25mins and he did not return. The other dissapointment was air conditioning. Couldn't figure out how to get it working properly in the room and it was far from intuitive. Therefore was unable to sleep at all and had a very uncomfortable night followed by a 6am departure.

I find this hotel extremely stress-free. I mean, let’s face it, all you want the night before your flight is a good night’s sleep, right? Worth its weight in gold. Rooms are clean, basic and modern-looking and I love the nice touch of the floor light that’s under the bed. When you have to make a midnight jaunt to the restroom, the clever little under bed light comes on to light your way and not wake you up. A/C is whisper quiet and keeps a steady temperature, another feature that will help keep a light sleeper like me comfortably asleep. The blackout curtains work wonderfully as well. Getting to the hotel, as other reviewer have mentioned, can be just a little challenging. Once you learn how to walk there, you’ll see that walking is an excellent choice. I’ve stayed here when their shuttle was running, and that is handy, and I’ve stayed here when it was not. I find that walking is fine for me, but I understand that folks with a ton of luggage can’t do this easily. The problem is that Milanese cab drivers do charge a minimum. So, on a 6 euro fare, they might have to charge you 14 euro. Ouch. To get the the center of Milan, the handy number 73 bus runs every 10 minutes from the airport all day every day. It does stop running around 8 or 9pm, so do check if you are a night owl. Food and drink—the breakfast is a full breakfast, not just pastries. As for the other food, it’s “basic” . The staff here are all very sweet.

The hotel is multi storey and well situated and has underground secure parking, There are numerous shops, restaurants and a large COOP supermarket very close by. Although the mall area immediately behind the hotel has seen better days, there is also a nice park close by for walking the dog if you have one with you.. The nearest metro station is also within a ten minute walk.The rooms are a decent size and modern with a TV offering a good selection of channels including some Sky and internet. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, food choices are fairly standard. The only negative was due to the fact that there was quite a strong wind during the night of our stay which caused a high pitched sound as it whistled around the aluminium framed windows (we were on the 8th floor) making it difficult to sleep peacefully, even though the bed itself was quite comfortable.There were only two pillows in the room on arrival but room service brought us two extra on request. There is no fridge in the room, which would be useful given the very hot summer. Fortunately the A/C unit was working and kept the room cool and comfortable.

I booked and paid for standard bed however once I was there I was informed they are full to capacity and only twins beds were available. My trip was for 5 nights and the they would only be able to offer me a standard bed the last night of my stay. I was also told that I'm staying longer than the normal as their minimum patrons stays between 2-3 nights and my stay is longer. The food is also not desirable. I was disappointed by that being in Italy and not having a capable chef. The person working was overwhelm as the was the only one and there were many people to attend to. The location was not ideal as it was right next to an abandon building and walking to get the bus was dark and creepy. Because it was my first time in Milan I was expecting more but next time I'll choose another hotel closer to the town. It's good if you're seeking few days just to stay All the staff at the front desk were exceptional and that was a pluys

Hotel is located just out of highway near a big shopping area where you can find many restaurants and shops.
Fast check in and check out thanks to very efficient staff.
Good breakfast with lot of choice, wifi is working well.
Rooms are clean, acceptable size, quite silent.
But far from being a 4 stars hotel, to me it worth no more than 3 due to missing of many amenities, fridge, closed wardrobe, slippers, complimentary water, etc.
Good for 1-2 nights if you have a car ( no public transportation around) and location is convenient.

I stayed twice during a 10 days trip in Europe with my family. The hotel is in a very convinient position nearby the A50 out of Milan. It is a comfortable hotel with helpfull and polite staff. Spacious rooms and clean. Breakfast has a big variety of choices and very good coffee.

GGuest UserBefore my trip, I tried to retrieve my reservation information from their website, but it was very slow and didn't work. I then contacted them via email to confirm my reservation and indicate I would arrive late and wanted to guarantee my room. This was 48 hous before my trip, but I never got a response. The bedroom was alright, but the light system a bit tricky and unpractical. You need the bedroom key to turn on the light in the bathroom, but it turns it off in the bedroom. The hotel bar was closed, many of us were there for a trade show, so it was impossible to meet in the evening for business transaction ; first time I see this near a conference facility. Finally, we had a dinner with all the attendees from the trade show, for which we were charged 30 euros, it was a buffet, but all there was salads, a few slices of deli meat, and a fruit salad for dessert. No main course, no meat or vegs, and we we had to leave the room at 21h30 when we were not finished eating what little we'd found. Staff at the restaurant was rude. Reception personel was pleasant. I left one day early because of my bad experience with the dining event. I wil never go back to this place, typical of large hotel group who don't give a kopek about customer service ; it's all about a quick buck.

GGuest UserHotel in a strategic location in Milan 2 great for those with relatives or need to visit the nearby San Raffaele hospital, the structure is really very beautiful but suffers a little age, the gentleness and courtesy of the staff are really The price is sometimes not suitable but the demand in Milan is obviously high every day, I recommend it very special if you have any discounts in certain periods like ”Black Friday” or perhaps offers of Trip.com.
