Hotel in a strategic position in Milan 2, excellent for those with relatives or who have to pay visits to the nearby San Raffaele hospital, the structure is really very beautiful but suffers a little from age, the kindness and courtesy of the staff are truly commendable and the cleanliness it's great. The price is sometimes not adequate but obviously the demand in Milan is high every day, I highly recommend it especially if you have some discounts in certain periods such as "Black Friday" or perhaps Trip.com offers.

It's OK, for business travel

I booked two standard rooms with balconies and views of the small lake in front of the property weeks in advance. I requested multiple times, via both emails and phone calls, for either connecting or adjacent rooms since one of the rooms was for my children, including my 9-year-old daughter, as the hotel didn't have rooms large enough to accommodate all four of us. Each time, I was assured that as an NH Titanium member, I would receive one of these options. We checked in two hours ago after a 7-hour flight, and to my surprise, the lady at the desk, who appeared to be a trainee, informed me that neither option was available. Consequently, I had to settle for two rooms separated by an apartment. Moreover, one of the rooms was noticeably smaller than the other, even though I paid for two large rooms. I was also disappointed to learn that there was no manager or supervisor available on the weekend to address my complaint. This is utterly unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be a 4-star property.

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever seen before. The photos on the official website are completely different from the reality. The carpet is dirty and looks like something from horror movies. It was also stinky and the opened window didn’t help. I do not recommend this “hotel” (it’s difficult to describe it as a hotel).

Very good hotel both for business and leisure travelling. Reccomandable for short and onger stay. Buffet breakfast: excellent. Though, there is a need to provide real orange and pineapple juices not the packaged ones.

They put me in the "residence" area of the property. Perhaps the hotel side is nicer but I would not stay on the residence side again or recommend it. It did have a good proximity to the airport otherwise would be below average.

Just had the best experience with the staff and the hotel. Really helped me get some shipping sorted. Room very nice, internet was clunky but useable.. special thanks to Viola and the lady on the shift today, sadly I missed her name.. would definitely come back on business.. thank you!

Excellent location, services within reach, soundproofed rooms. For me, who has an electric car, a convenient charging point nearby. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the metro stop or within 50 meters there is the bus stop for the metro

I chose accommodation in a Residence (there is also a hotel). Ample parking possibilities around. The room assigned to me was spacious and clean. The staff was professional. Price of the accommodation was normal.

The hotel consists of several buildings spread out on a giant lot, even with a lake. But, from the door to reaching the block that corresponded to my accommodation, I had to walk a lot, at night and in the rain. The reception is on the 2nd floor (at least in the block where I stayed) one more inconvenience when it came to notifying that the air was not working (they never answer the phone at reception) Breakfast was in another building. I was traveling alone and I got an apartment, even with a full kitchen and dressing room, but in a deplorable state. For oblivion
