Hotels near Centre de Loisirs “Nathalie”, Seine-et-Marne

We are fully satisfied, my wife and I, with the apartment where we are going to rent the room for three nights. That's all we wanted, namely, peace and quiet, and cleanness. We were not disappointed. We were welcomed by a lady with a badge on which we could read: ”Christiane, director”. This person was very pleasant and received us very well.

A very good hotel. When I first arrived, a tall and thin male at the front desk greeted me in Chinese. I have to say that this friendly approach was very effective. It is a five-minute walk from the bus station and a half-hour bus ride from Disney. There is a game arcade and restaurant downstairs, and there is a hotel right outside the door. The surrounding environment is also the neatest and cleanest neighborhood in Paris. After the fireworks show, I took the No. 34 bus back and there were many people together, so it was very safe. The facilities are new, soundproofed, and clean. Towels are cleaned and changed every day. The room is large. The breakfast includes milk, yogurt, eggs, bacon, bread, meat, jam... and a variety of cereals. It is considered to have a relatively rich breakfast selection among hotels of the same level in Europe. . The children said that they would stay here again next time they go to Disney. Okay, sure!

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. So I’m going to start with the positives….we stayed here for 2 nights in September and used as a base to visit Disneyland Paris. The shuttle runs regularly and takes no more than 10 minutes. We found it really easy and convenient. The biggest positive about this hotel by an absolute country mile were the staff in this hotel. I found every single one of them to be friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. That is why I feel I am giving such a disservice to them for the 3 stars! Those behind reception were helpful, polite and really willing to assist where the could. Check-in and out were swift and any questions I asked were helpfully dealt with. My son had a nose bleed one night whilst sleeping and bled quite a bit over the sheets. I went down the next morning to tell them and asked if I needed to pay anything additional as a result of this but they were more concerned about the well-being of my son and said not to worry about the bedding because their cleaners would be able to do deal with it. I thought their response to the situation was really kind and compassionate. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the restaurant staff are wonderful! The manager, is fantastic. She did give me her name because I asked for it for TA reason but then accidentally lost the card (so sorry - the lady with the longer brown hair). She really went over and above to make sure her guests were happy and well attended. She was attentive to all the children (as you can imagine, being so close to Disney there were a few!) and really made children and adults alike feel so welcome. Overall all of the restaurant staff were great, the food was nice, service good and my son actually loved it so much the first night he wanted to go back the second, where they made a big fuss over him because it was he’s birthday which was lovely. So as I say, the people here really made it and the ease of getting to Disney. The rooms were ok in terms of storage but were dated and worn. They were clean but definitely could do with TLC and some investment. They were also hot, so so so hot. And this was end-September! The air-con didn’t work and Reception did their best to get it to be centrally cooled down but I had to sleep under the window with the little window opening gap over me. I’m no doctor but it wouldn’t surprise me if the stuffiness caused my sons nosebleed as he does suffer with them when he gets bunged up which he did in that room. Breakfast I didn't think was worth the price, it wasn't particularly warm, limited options and badly laid out. I can't say I would recommend it. Final note which didn’t bother me or affect my stay but an observation, the ladies toilets off of the bar are really the strangest I've ever seen. So badly designed, the door is smack bang next to a supporting post so its awkward to get into and you feel like getting out you have to do some strange Matrix-style move!! Room was spacious enough for us 3, very clean, cheap rate with breakfast, welcoming and helping staff, free gated parking, close to RER station for visit to Paris or Disneyland, easy access from freeway. Not our first stay here. We will stay again when visiting the area.

I was travelling single parent with 15,12,9 yr olds. The reception team are extremely friendly and welcoming and highly efficient. We were upgraded to another bed for free which is great because it meant my older two boys didn’t have to share a double. The bedroom had a double with sliding doors so at night my youngest and I could get to sleep a bit earlier than the boys. We could also still reach the shower room and toilet through our door and they could reach it through their door. The shower room had a bath with shower and a separate shower, very modern and worked well. Toiletries included and a good mirror. Towels were plentiful absolutely brilliant the amount of towels they gave soft and fluffy they also replaced these regularly without having to ask. The kitchen area was good we bought breakfast and snacks from the big supermarket inside the shopping mall (a few mins walk away) and had cereal and bread and yogurt in the mornings, it had a freezer section for ice lollies which was great in the heat. The location is perfect for Disneyland on a budget, you are 5 seconds walk from the entry train station to Disney and it’s one stop away! Coming home you exit the station just next to the shopping mall only another few mins walk. You use the ticket machine at train station keep your tickets for exit barriers. For x4 over 10 and x1 under 10 child ticket it was about 10 euros or less to get one way to Disneyland allow this in your budget as you will need this x2 a day for however long you stay. Can’t remember the prices for the train from the airport but at a guess again for x4 over ten and x1 under ten possibly 100 or so euros each way but done quote me. You get the train from the airport to chatelet les halles then swap to the local train to val deurope stop. On the way there we payed at the separate train stations but on the way back we purchased from the man in train ticket office and the ticket was valid for the whole journey including the switch at the station. Trains back from the parks well into 11.30pm didn’t try later but I’m assuming so as a lot of people are still Shopping at that time. The best part was my mum joined on to the holiday last minute and stayed at the ibis which is directly opposite this hotel (so is the ibis budget) we could even wave to her from our window (have included pic !) She then came over in the mornings for breakfast etc so another option if you can’t get enough rooms in this hotel book into the ibis. My mum said her room was clean and comfortable and very spacious too. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for staff friendliness,value for money and the best part location for Disney and the shopping mall and train stations. We will definitely return. Shout out to the maids who did a fantastic job daily thank you.

Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!

Having spent 5 nights here recently we wish to post our findings our stay. First of all we arrived later in the evening but check in was completed quickly and communication was fine as all staff we met spoke good English. (Even when we tried to speak French). As a group of us we were given 3 rooms all next door or across the hall which was a nice touch. We found all three rooms to be very clean and tidy for our arrival which was welcoming after a long travel day. Rooms: At first glance rooms are spacious enough size wize. We had a bunk bed along with queen size bed in room. Bathroom has a decent size walk in shower and enough towels as you would expect. However when unpacking it was quickly identified that 6 coat hangers and one shelf was never going to be enough storage for 3 bearing in mind the room can sleep 4. So taking advantage of an empty top bunk we unpacked what we could and lived out of a case. A set of draws or 2 wouldn't go amiss. Secondly air con wasn't working in any of our rooms. It was blowing but just warm air. This isnt what you need in a warm room. No fans were in room. These however may have been available had we asked. Rooms decor was a little quaint as decor across whole hotel is bird themed so deffo something a little different. Bar: Not everyone using hotels will use a bar however we as a family like to wind down our day over a drink or two and a game of cards etc however here we found this simple task harder than needed. Unsure if there were staffing issues during our stay but the bar and reception was run by one staff member. So required running between bar and reception to please everyone. During our stay there were issues with chillers meaning no cold beer was on hand or chilled drinks. This wasn't a huge issue as where possible ice was given with drinks however the process of popping to the bar for a drink became a task. No fault of the staff as they were apologetic and did all they could however not what you would expect from a BW branded hotel. Food: On arrival we were advised there was no restaurant operating in the hotel so they had teamed with local restaurants in area for delivery. Again a strange situation for a best western. It did mean that you.could bring your own food / drink into the bar /restaurant area but again felt a little strange doing this. Breakfast: This was available from 7-10 and had a reasonable selection of pastries and continental choices. Beans and Sausages with scrambled egg along with hot and cold drinks. Overall it was adequate. Location: Hotel is advertised as 10 mins from Disney. However this needs to be confirmed that this is likley if you have your own car. In fact it was a 10 mins bus ride to Valley De Europe Train Station and shopping center.Cost of this is 2$ each. From here Disneyland is one stop away on the RER costing $1.90 and $5 into Paris City. Local public transport bus 2 or 22 is available from bus stop a short walk away meaning the journey to Disneyland

The hotel has a swimming pool and basketball court, which is very suitable for older children. Guests staying in the hotel can make an appointment to take photos with Captain America at the Super Hero Station and experience Marvel scenes. The hotel's buffet dinner is very surprising, with French, American, and Chinese cuisines. Room service is also very fast. The only drawback is that some staff members have no smiles at all and speak rudely, which makes children uncomfortable. This is the closest to the studio park.

Home a little cold at arrival but better during the stay with staff to listen, clean room and quite large, excellent breakfast with always resort, very good location in the neighborhood a little strange but there can nothing
