Courtyard Sejong Reviews

I was quite astonished when seeing their warm welcome words on the mirror! In view of this, I replied them on the mirror, too. Let me repeat here what I’d written to them. Thanks to the night shift staff of 1/11 made me a detailed map. Thanks to the Front Desk in answering my many questions. Thanks to the Housekeeper made me feel comfortable. All are very thoughtful and leave me an unexpected moment in Sejong.

The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted me from afar and asked if I could help them. I asked them to clean my room a little late, but they cleaned it for me. The bed was great, the view was great, the room was spacious, and everything was perfect!

I was curious about the city of Sejong, so I planned an itinerary for 2 days and 1 night and booked this accommodation. I was debating between Best Western and this one, but when I actually used it, I didn't feel there was a huge advantage. There are no leisure facilities such as a swimming pool or sauna, and the rooms are not large, so it seems to be an accommodation suitable for business purposes. Still, it was convenient as there were many tourist attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, including Sejong Lake Park and the National Sejong Library. There is also good parking facilities! I heard Shilla Stay is opening nearby soon, so I'm thinking of going there or Best Western next time.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The service is excellent and friendly. The room soundproofing is a bit lacking. I plan to use it again next time.

Stayed for 1 night on December 16-17 for a family trip. (Reservation by Noh Ji-yoon) Overall, the staff were very friendly. It was my first time traveling to Sejong, but thanks to the hotel staff, my perception of Sejong and the Courtyard by Marriott hotel improved greatly. The staff member I would especially like to praise was the woman who was in charge when I checked in. I am so grateful that you responded so kindly and cheerfully, and my perception of the hotel has improved so much. Thank you for giving me the gift of a pleasant trip.

The room is clean and tidy, but you need to bring your own sandals, toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast is also pretty good, including porridge, rice, bread, vermicelli soup, salad, pickles, salmon, cod, bacon, beef, omelettes, milk, juice and other foods. The overall feeling is pretty good.

It’s clean, has a nice view, and the bed is soft! The staff were friendly, so I stayed without any inconvenience. There was also a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient.

Perhaps because it is a new hotel, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very delicious. It is my favorite hotel in Sejong. I want to use it again.

The location was a bit disappointing, but everything else was satisfactory. In particular, the staff service was the best and I was very satisfied with the facilities such as soundproofing and bed comfort. If I go to Sejong, I plan to go here only.

The location of the hotel was great for going to museums, botanical gardens, libraries, etc. Also, I made a mistake when making a reservation, but they were so kind and helpful so I resolved it. ^^ The room condition was also clean~ Next time I come to Sejong, I will stay again!
