The location is far from the drivers and is located in an industrial area. Luggage transfer service does not exist. The welcome is weak. The cleanliness is good. Breakfast has some items and the staff does not add. The staff at the reception are few.

the room is nice, reception friendly. if for short stay is ok, long stay need to consider, since there was no restaurant, grocery shop nearby. no so much of choir for dinner and breakfast. gym facilities is excellent.

In Istanbul, this Chinese-style hotel is very good and the rooms are large

The hotel is nice, the location is a bit remote, and the breakfast is average.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. The overall environment is good. There is a gym, swimming pool and spa on the second floor below ground. There is a restaurant in the lobby on the first floor, and the food is good.

Fortunately, the bed is soft

Very slow service, I had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to find my reservation despite having shown the confirmation by email with the reservation number! Huge price difference compared to your site. I was asked 100 euro for the night while on your site I paid 61 euro.

It's no different from a hostel. There is nothing to do except park the car and sleep at night. I think Wyndham should check it from time to time. Out of 5 points, breakfast 2.5 points, contrary to what they claim, there is no pool 0 points, room cleanliness 3 points, TV 2 points, hospitality 4 points, employee honesty 3 points, room silence 3 points.

They double charged me, once they charged at check in and then again at check out, and it was for the full amount. Ok, mistakes can happen, but I've been waiting for a refund from them since March (almost 9 months!!!). They keep forwarding me from one department to another. Wouldn't recommend this again.

I recommend 100% for anyone to book in ramada I have a great experience ☺️ with all sides. They deserve more than 10of 10 mark. All people I met was helpful and friendly 🙂. I'm glad 😊 to book next time with them.

Our phone conversation went very badly. As someone who has been in the tourism business for 18 years, I do not think I will come and stay. I am one of those who think that the first impression is very important. I had experiences with Çırağan Accor CVK Park Mandarn Marriott. I couldn't stand the fact that the friend I was seeing had the attitude of an apartment manager, especially when I worked here and compared to other places.

The facility welcomed me warmly. The rooms were clean, in general everything was very nice, the staff were friendly, the food was also good, and the location was good. I stayed with peace of mind. Thank you to my colleagues
