If cleanness more better then will add more points.

The location is good. Staff service is good. Room is clean. But the water tap in the toilet is too small, uneasy to brush teeth and shave. The bath tower is smelly. This is too bad.

The hotel is near all tourist locations.
Kopitiams is plenty all around the hotel.
The staff are all very helpful and polite.
Looking forward to booking again.

rooms are a bit small and old, but fitting for the price paid. Location is near all the seafood restaurants in town. Plenty of parking available. RM50 deposit required upon check in.

Everything is okay, the room quite small but very comfortable. The hotel atmosphere very stylish and modern with great design lobby. I will stay here again with my friend if can get affordable price in future.

The size of the room a bit small. Doesnt have much space to put our stuff but the hotel very nice

Friendly front desk who rearrange my room to 2nd floor despite i have brought in bicycle there. Comfortable stay, definitely will stay back there if there's next time!

The room was very clean and comfy to stay. Easy to check in and we dint have to wait for a longer time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Near to Padi field and Redang Beach. Easy to find seafood restaurant nearby. Definitely will come again. Thank you for great hospitality.

A night stay at this hotel is actually pleasant. The room was okay, though we have to change room due to the moldy smell in the first room. Overall you get more than you paid I guess, with pleasant service. A lot of improvement can be done on the cleanliness, I just hope that there's no specific time for air ventilation.
