Nice hotel for short trip. All items in good conditions and well maintained. Worth every penny. Highly recommended

Late check in and request for an extra room key but the reception say it’s not enough and this cause a lot of inconvenience . Not smiley at all for the night reception during check in . But the next morning reception with 2 ladies are full of smiles and make you feel welcoming Nice clean rooms and all toiletries well equipped . Opposite the hotel there is a night Prata that is 24 hours . There is a short circuit trip in the morning around 8am for around 10 minutes and the room electricity is all cut off . But it was rectified fast Was there for badminton tournament game and it cause really inconvenient by only issuing one hotel key . Hotel should look into issuing at least 2 keys

Room is cool, comfortable and clean. Love the aircon!

v good hotel but location is painfully awkward. unfortunately the kkmart is not 24hrs also, thus grab food is your best friend

Value for money for 2 queen size bed and such spacious place. However, cleanliness is the biggest problem for me. The bedsheets was stained and i found hair on the pillow case. Customer service was bad and rude as well. We asked for a change of pillow case but they never came. There were cracks on walls and lights flickering non stop. The toilet was clean and but there was still cracks all around. Only 1/4 pillows can be used as the rest was flat and no fluff at all. I think despite everything, they should have atleast provided a change of pillowcase for me but they never did. If youre looking to save some money, this can be it.

Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities. Location strategic to Singapore border. There is an mamak opposite hotel too.

Quite a modern hotel but a little old. Good price. Stayed for 1 night. Nearby got indian food.

Location was not a problem to us since we have a vehicle. Petrol station and food nearby was a plus point until there was a flying cockroach in the room at 4am. we couldnt sleep back until we managed to kill the cockroach. However we still felt that there's more to it and it kept us awake and hard to sleep back. The room itself is very outdated, however I believe cleanliness and hygiene should be prioritised. Very disappointed.

The vanity top is damaged. Toilet paper roll was half used and no top up. There is no fridge and free parking at hotel.

For a night stay before next day’s travel to KL. Everything is good and very cost friendly. Had a great night and woke up early morning for the next day. Close to food place as well.

The room are small but everything have . Nice place to stay at for a short sleep over .
