been there with some expectations since it it well known brand.
3 oclock still dont have a ready room. after check in. the aircond not cold enough. need to call for maintenance.take 2 hours to settle. the room just ok. next day when turn on television its not working.
breakfast spread is good. and the swimming pool is good.

The hotel facilities are average. There are some problems with the two rooms I booked. The service response is not that fast. The food in the restaurant tastes good. The address is a bit remote. It takes more than 30 minutes to drive to the ferry center by Grab. The sea view room is still different from what I imagined. The mattress is better and will not disturb another person.
