Overall simple hotel in Selcuk. The main story is about breakfast. It was different information in booking for me and hotel owner. He insisted several times that it’s not included in spite of showing not only booking with breakfast but the conversation with trip.com confirming that it’s with breakfast. I spent about an hour for such conversation with all counter parties. Finally at check out I was said that breakfast is always free in this hotel. I did not understand for what reason it was needed to insist about breakfast for several days in a row. We came here for the rest but not for business conversations. Overall it’s normal hotel for overnight.

The location is its selling point. I really like that you can just go around the tourist destinations hassle free.

This is the worst house I have ever stayed in in Türkiye. The room environment is also very bad, it smells bad and the sheets are not clean. I asked the boss to change the sheets, and he just put them on the sheets, smelled them, and told us they were new. There are scattered wires in the room, and the sound insulation is also poor. I booked a single room for just over 200. The boss and the landlady were very warm and kind, and prepared breakfast carefully. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The most surprising thing for me is that it has a balcony, table and chairs. It is very comfortable to eat on the balcony at night and enjoy the evening breeze.

There is nothing worthwhile except the location. The room is simple and smelly, and I don't want to stay here longer. The Korean restaurant nearby is delicious.
