OVERALL: Hotel is located at the heart of Selcuk town center. It looks like a shop (there is an area in the lobby that displays gemstones that look like it's for sale), they also have a 24 hr reception. Check in is very speedy, I arrived late but there are no issues. On weekends, the market is right outside of the hotel so can get really busy. AMENITIES: They have a cool looking antique elevator (but it works perfectly), so suitable for travellers with huge suitcases. Staff escorted me to my room and helped with the luggage. The room is nothing fancy, but does what it needs to. Floor feels a bit dusty but the room is well ventilated. It also has a minifridge and air-conditioning which is a plus. As for amenities, they only have a water boiler, and two glasses, body wash and soap are the only things provided in the bathroom. LOCATION: It's an easy 5-6mins walk from Selcuk Train Station, located among many restaurant, and within 10 mins to the Basilica of St. John / Ephesus Archaeological Museum/ Temple of Apollo. You can also walk 10 mins to Ephesus Minibus that drops you at the ancient city's lower entrance, but it's also possible to walk there. They also can keep you luggage after check out for pick up later. I don't think they do daily housekeeping but it might just be that they didn't clean my room the night I stayed. There was no card to put at the door to let them know if you want / don't want any cleaning.

Hotel is very convenient, 3-4 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Clean room and got everything you need for what you have paid for. Owners are very helpful and informative. Highly recommended! No complaints!

Charming hotel, big room, sunny balcony, very helpful proprietors, good English, best place I stayed in Turkey.

The room and bed were clean and spacious. All of the staff were kind and helpful, whenever we had any queries they wouldn't hesitate to lend their hands to us. They helped us book a tour to see the main attractions there and we definitely enjoyed the experience. Location was perfect, near the train station, wakable to many restaurants. There was Saturday market in front of the hotel and in the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Selcuk.

The location is great a 5 minute walk to both train and bus stations. The room is spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the many hooks to hang things. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. May be the cleanest hotel I have stayed in yet! Can't wait to return!

Very good hotel

The family room was a five-person room without a balcony. The room was slightly smaller, but the bathroom was large. Facilities: basic facilities, no toiletries provided, parking needs to be parked next to the house, no parking fee. There is a small elevator for convenient luggage transportation. Hygiene: OK. Environment: similar to a family apartment. Service: satisfactory. There are restaurants and small shops downstairs, which is considered a central area. The price-performance ratio is OK.
