The rooms are in a state of severe disrepair, with clear signs of neglect and a lack of proper maintenance. The overall environment feels more like a run-down establishment than a supposedly reputable hotel. The bathrooms, in particular, were a disaster. They are not only cramped and uncomfortable, but the poor maintenance made them even worse. It’s obvious that the management has put no effort into keeping the facilities up to standard. Additionally, it became painfully clear that cost-cutting measures were being prioritized over guest experience. Basic amenities like coffee were unavailable during both of my stays, with staff claiming that it was “finished”—something that simply should not happen in any hotel, especially one of Cresta's supposed caliber. Even the towels were being limited to a mere two, which is absurd for a hotel that should be offering guests a comfortable and well-serviced experience.

The room was spacious clean and comfortable, good WiFi connectivity. The vibe at the poolside was also nice in the evening

If you are looking for a good place in Phikwe, it's probably the best. I however feel that the lack of competition is getting to them and the neglect basics.

I feel confident sharing that Cresta Bosele Hotel also sells great family memories. The staff there have made indelible memories for our three teenagers. Friendly staff, clean facilities including the swimming pool, and great food. The music wasn’t bad at all either.

My stay at Bosele Crests was amazingly enjoyable, the services were great!!! All the team was very attentive and helpful all the time! Thank you Bosele Team for making my husband’s first visit to our beautiful Africa…. BOTSWANA in Selebi Phikwe a memorable stay!! He loved and enjoyed the TASTY FOOD. Kealeboga le kamoso 🙏

The place is located conveniently next to the shopping mall (walking distance), car wash and bus terminal. The rooms are clean, the landscape is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The bed gave me the best sleep of my life.
