Great location and very friendly staff, neat and clean hotel. Why the four stars then? Because the room was boiling hot and there was only a half broken fan in the room. The owner did explain to me that they are not allowed to drill in the walls because the building is a landmark

The location is beautiful but the hotel isn't up to any standard, internet doesn't work in the rooms, there are no screens on the windows which is problematic so close to a river , all kinds of bugs entered the room through the windows, the breakfast was not good, the options limited and non tasty , there were flies and beed sitting on the cut fruit on the breakfast table. The receptionist was not very nice . There was no one in the hotel after 5 pm , so if you needed anything you couldn't get it, the mini fridge in the rooms didn't work , ( we switched rooms as it was very hot during our stay and the nini fridges didn't work in either room) the mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible, it felt as though they had made them from the blanket , all in all I would not recommend this hotel.

Früher eigentlich einmal ein ganz nettes Hotel. Heute eher von einem bestimmten, weniger angenehmen Klientel bevölkert. Service unterirdisch, schon beim Empfang Störgefühle, die sich über den gesamten Aufenthalt durchzogen. Essen unterirdisch und Ambiente sehr schwierig. Fazit: Nie wieder.

Hervorragendes Hotel an traumhafter Lage direkt am Main. Erstklassige Kundenbetreuung und phantastisches Frühstück. Viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zB nach Aschaffenburg, Miltenberg oder Wertheim. Da kommen wir gerne wieder.
