Appartamento molto spazioso, con ben due bagni, due terrazzi con vista su tutto il paese di Selva, oltre al Ciampinoi, la Danterceppies e scorci del Sassolungo. Anche la presenza del garage porta valore aggiunto.

Abbiamo alloggiato nel residence per u a settimana durante una vacanza con amici. L'appartamento era molto pulito e abbastanza spazioso. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro del paese, dove è possibile anche prendere l'autobus (che è disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti del residence!). Avevamo a disposizione la piscina dell'hotel, che si trova a 10 minuti a piedi. L'unica cosa negativa è che ci è stato assegnato un appartamento che si trovava leggermente sotto il piano terra e quindi non avevamo un balcone a disposizione, tuttavia gli altri appartamenti ne erano provvisti.

Spartan but clean apartment
The sofa bed is very short and is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m
Apartment located below street level so you need to keep the curtains closed to have a minimum of privacy
The garage has tiny parking spaces and you have to go back and forth to park if it is full

Residence located 5 minutes walk from the main square. Very clean and well stocked room. Ample space to store personal effects and comfortable beds. Let's move on to the sore points. There is no peace. From the room you can hear everything that happens beyond the door. So, the question that arises is: very thin walls and poor soundproofing or rude room neighbors? Very narrow parking space, be careful even with the curve of the garage. For checkin and checkout they rely on the Antares hotel. Structure with every comfort and very kind staff. Still recommended.
