Location quiet good, not far from simpang lima. Reception staff very kind and fast response. The very downside from this hotel is facilities in terrible condition. Small pool, all the gym equipment is not working and nobody standby at the gym to solve my problem. Hotel need to consider to renovate their gym

Very ugly
Bath towels torn here and there
Ammenities don't exist
The pillowcases that were replaced were lying on the floor of used glasses that were not replaced
Will never come back again at a loss staying there 2 nights with existing facilities

The hotel service is average, but the bed is not clean, the space is okay, and they said we took their towels, how could we take their towels, they didn't put towels at all on the last day, I hope the next hotel can improve the service.
