I selected this hotel since it's among the newest property in the area with close proximity to Sanford airport. Tired of being disappointed with so many run down outdated hotels, this one did not disappoint being brand new with all the features we could ask for including a pool, well insulated room from any road noise, and a well appointed bathroom design stocked with essentials. The best breakfast was great as with all Holiday Inn Express hotels along with a good variety and friendly staff, including Jessica, a great general manager who goes above and beyond to assure the best customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this location. Tip: Being a new hotel, GPS isn't very accurate, so be sure and turn into the Starbucks entrance to avoid missing the turn as we made three attempts to access the hotel using Google maps.

I stayed at this hotel during a trip between Maryland and Tampa, FL. The hotel is conveniently located just off of I-4 a little north of Orlando. The Westin Lake Mary is a large, modern hotel and is well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming and had Covid-protocols in place. There was plenty of free parking at the hotel. The rooms were very modern and up-to-date, including the TV, furniture, carpeting, linens and bathrooms. All supplies were well-stocked. There was a restaurant/bar just off the lobby on the main floor, along with a small marketplace to get snacks, sodas, beer, etc. Ice machines were located on each floor. Check-in and check-out was very easy. There is plenty of commercial activities around the hotel (which is the Heathrow area of Florida, and somewhat upscale), including restaurants and shopping. There was a McDonalds adjacent to the Westin which was good for a quick meal if needed. All-in-all, this is a quite exceptional and well-maintained hotel and I would highly recommend it for any stay. I have no negative comments and would say that this is a great hotel to stay at when visiting Central Florida. Well done!!!!

I was their attending a weeding the rooms were very clean amenities were also on point clean and relaxing it welt like a home away from home from Gabby,Janez and Pedro in the front seat with 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service as well as Evans breakfast attendant was really cool and pleasant.. and how can I forget about Tasha the bartender she was great to talk to and made me a fantastic margarita..I would recommend this Hilton if you need to stay in the lake Mary area they get 5 star quality of professionalism and made me feel like home for my 4 day stay... Thank you

For starters, Josh was truly amazing, 10/10 person! He was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me navigate through some concerns and questions I had regarding check in and questions about the area! I forget the name of the lady that was also working the front desk around evening time but she was amazing too! The staff in general made you feel very welcome! The room keepers were very nice and polite as well! Having read reviews before my visit, I was a little scared of what everyone had to say, but I can now comfortably say that everything in previous reviews have been fixed and addressed! The hotel itself was very beautiful. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were very plush and comfortable. The room I stayed in (and I assume all rooms) had a mini kitchen! Literally felt like being at home. My mother is always very skeptical of hotels and she agreed with me when I told her this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was great and had the classic waffle machines as well as hot items such as cheese omelettes and sausages, assorted breads, snacks, fruits, cereal, yogurts, and other common breakfast items. I will 100% be back to this hotel on my next trip to Orlando!

Hey, let me tell you how awesome Caden is at the Courtyard Orlando Lake Mary/North Lake Mary. Caden took my call a couple days before Hurricane Milton hit Orlando; got me squared away for a hotel room to keep my family safe; REMEMBERED me when I checked in a day or so later (recognized the name and everything); AND, was on point with help the whole time we stayed. He even personally took care of our linens when housekeeping forgot to deliver them (although I think they were short-handed because of the storm, which is understandable). The hotel staff was feeling a bit overwhelmed with folks escaping the storm, but Caden was cool as a cucumber. Thank you Sir for helping ease some very worried minds during that storm! Another very quick shout-out to the ladies working the bistro on Wednesday evening. Thank you for your patience with us weary travelers; and for some great mixed drinks to help take a little bit of that storm ”edge” off. A+ all around.

Monique at the front desk was friendly and professional. I am from LA in health inspection field. While my visit does not entail this hotel and my review is solely independent hence the reason it's anonymous, I must say I was very impressed with the breakfast server who I later learned name is Natalie. She does need to learn to smile but she did not stand for people using their bare hands on food items. She reprimanded grown men and replenished the items daily. I am impressed with this because I travel throughout the US and very few Marriott or high end hotels practices this. If I were the health inspector I. Your region who witnessed this daily, I would give you a passing grade with no hesitation along with the current certification. Your management should be proud. My only complaints are housekeeping was poor. They had vacuumed the room and hallway but it still looked dirty. Also while sitting in the lobby I noticed who I later found out to be the GM walked by a piece of trash on the floor on her way to and from. The bathroom. That say a lot to me. Other than that the few people, Monique Natalie Carla and Dennis made my stay well appreciated. Thank you! 😊

While Sanford is a lovely town, with great shops and restaurants, many people stay there because they are flying in/out of SFB or using the Auto Train. This hotel is clean and has all the necessities: Guest Laundry, Ice on every floor, Business Center where you can print things out and Guest Laundry. Also, lots of chain restaurants within less than a 5 minute drive (i.e. Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse, Outback). While I did not use the airport shuttle, it was sitting outside at 3:40am when I left to drive to the airport to drop off my rental car. That's a good sign. There are several Allegiant flights that leave around 6am so knowing that you can have access to a shuttle at 4am is a welcomed relief. The reason I did not give a ”5” is because the two chairs in my room were older and slightly ragged. The computer chair almost tipped over when I was sitting in it.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, clean, well maintained. Rooms are very spacious. Water pressure in the bathroom wasn't the greatest, but the water was good and hot. Breakfast was good, and it was nice to not have to go out to eat early in the morning. Their coffee was really good. I have a daughter who lives in Sanford and this hotel is the perfect location for me to stay and not be too far from her when I visit. I will definitely choose this hotel again. Check-in and checkout was a breeze.

GGuest UserFirst time there. Construction volume imposed some on business meetings. Suite afforded additional meeting space that was needed and functional. Room was clean and w comfortable bed and nice lake view. The complimentary happy hour was enjoyed and served w a smile. Breakfast was very good and with many options to suit any appetite. The location is convenient to I-4, but the traffic did not present a sound issue for this light sleeper. Lunch at the steakhouse would have been a great option, but was not available. The lake promenade and surrounding venues were welcome respites after long days of work. We prepaid in full but at check-in the gentleman at the desk requested payment. He went into a backroom to inquire and came out w the same communication. I called my manager who spoke w the gentleman about the prepayment including, assurances there would be no problem. My manager had to leave home and drive into work on her day off to obtain details to provide to the gentleman. Around this time, Dani became available and offered to help. She quickly located the reservation, noted it was prepaid and she checked me in without any difficulty. Reason for declaring this incident is so that you can provide training required for the gentleman and whomever he was consulting in the backroom. Both were misinformed and may provide improved service w training.

My stay at Days Inn and Suites was very short, only for business. For the price it was suitable, you get what you pay for. Check inn was easy no issues. Good customer service from staff. Rooms are being renovated, which is a plus. Bed was comfortable but smelled of cigarettes w/ cigarette burns. Other than that, the stay was quiet.

My stay here was amazing! The rooms are kept very near and clean. Debbie in the office was a great help, she made check in a breeze and provided exceptional customer service! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

MMicheleNice room; loved the beautiful tile floor. No carpet. I have allergies so that was wonderful. The only thing I would improve was the full sized bed. Too small for two people. And no breakfast included. But the facility was well taken care of.👍👍 I would definitely stay here again. Plus you get a beautiful view of the lake!!
