The detached wooden house we booked was actually very small. It was difficult to put luggage in the room. There was almost no room for toiletries in the bathroom. If you put toothpaste in it, you would worry that it would slide off the narrow shelf. There was only one room card. After I left, it ran out of power. When I came back, the room was so hot. It was also very humid. The breakfast was hard to describe. I had never had such a simple breakfast in a room that cost more than 800 yuan a night. The key point was that the local chargers in Malaysia could not be used. We could only use the Chinese ones. The boss said that the hotel only received Chinese people. If you need service, you must go to the restaurant to call for help. If there is no one, you have to wait. I asked the hotel to help book a two-day island hopping tour. On the first day, I stood at the gate (outdoors) and waited for 40-50 minutes. The pick-up car did not come. The boss drove us to the pier himself. When we came back in the evening, we had to communicate by phone to pick him up (the pick-up and drop-off were included in the itinerary of the one-day tour). The second day was much better. The waiting time was shorter and he came to pick me up when I came back. The appearance of the wooden house looked good, and the green environment was okay.

I read various reviews about water villas before going, so I lowered my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The hotel service was very good, and there were no problems with hygiene, water use, and air conditioning! It is very advantageous to find a large platform to book abroad. The sea view is very, very beautiful. I will recommend it to my friends. If you stay for two nights, you must participate in the island hopping tour at the pier. It is a surprise! I participated in deep diving, but my friends did not succeed. I feel regretful! Hahahaha, I will come again

The price is really cheap. After booking, I am worried that I am afraid that the scenery is not good. The child is disappointed. The owner of this water house is Chinese. The people are very good. All kinds of questions are answered before check-in. The room is clean and comfortable. This price is staying in a sea view room. I think the price/performance ratio is still OK. After all, I came to the sea view room and experience the water house. The child waited for a long time. The son was satisfied. I was also satisfied. Full score!

It was my first time to stay in a water house. I thought it was perfect. It was newly built and very comfortable. It was exactly what I wanted. The service staff were very shy and friendly. I was also very satisfied with the dinner. I woke up early in the morning and watched the sunrise. It was amazing. Looking forward to Anmei. When I went out for a walk at night, I could see many starfish and fish coming out, and small fish could also be seen in the room. It rained heavily when I fell asleep very late that night. The roof was made of iron sheets, and the sound of rain amplified. Many times, when it is windy and rainy, I will be a little scared and dare not sleep. At other times, it is perfect. I will choose the water house next time I come.

I recently had the opportunity to experience a Palm Manor Hotel on a mysterious island in Malaysia, and I must say that it was an enjoyable trip beyond imagination. The hotel is located in a lush palm forest, like a paradise. From the moment I arrived, I was deeply attracted by the tranquility and beauty of the place. The swaying palm trees add a unique tropical atmosphere to the entire estate. The service of the hotel is first-class. The staff are very friendly and professional, whether it is the reception at the front desk or the waiters in the restaurant, they all make people feel at home. They always greet every guest with a smile, patiently answer questions, and try their best to meet our needs. The design of the room is also very exquisite and comfortable. The room I stayed in has a spacious and bright room, and looking out of the window, you can see the beautiful view of the island. The bedding and toiletries are very high-end, which makes people feel very comfortable and relaxed. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very rich. There is a beautiful swimming pool, a comfortable SPA center, a well-equipped gym, and a restaurant with a variety of cuisines. The staff are always smiling, friendly, warm and courteous. They fulfilled our desire to do snorkeling twice in the morning and the night during our 2 day one-night stay. The host Joanne even showed us how the indigenous tribe that lives there and their way of living in stilt houses by shallow were amazing. Children as young as 7 years old have started to paddle a boat which they have handmade and repaired as well. The interior is fantastic with a bright yellow couch and a breezy balcony that is perfect for lazing around. The water is crystal clear and at night, it lights up into a lovely fairyland. The karaoke music is fun. They cooked live seafood and we loved it! The food is tasty and plentiful. For $570, we stay in a beautiful water house, go snorkeling twice, free airport pick, free ferry to Larapan village and back to Tauwa Jetty, free meals from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea time is worth it. Plus the bonus of taking photos on a glass boat was a remarkable memory PLEASE TAKE NOTE FERRY BOARDING AT KJETTY TO LARAPAN is 2pm , so please book a flight to make it for the transport to go to the ferry from airport that takes an hour.

We were travelling with kids ranging from 1.5 yo to grandparents of 70s. The rooms and facilities are well cared, clean and comfortable. The meals are lovely and has a good variety. I ended appreciating the inland resort as it is safer for kids to run around and easy access for elderly. The main purpose of our trip is to snorkel and enjoy the coast. Except for the 1.5yo, everyone went snorkelling in the open water. This resort has the most amazing coral reef just off its jetty. Having snorkel at various part of the island, we realised this resort somehow able to maintain a good coastal ecosystem that attracts lot of marine life..The snorkel and diving crew are amazing, caring and highly professional people. My 8yo encountered with an emergency whilst snorkelling in the open water. (Things happened in the wild.) We were very grateful for the decisive action of our first responder dive instructor, immediate organisation by the hotel manager to access medical care and the tireless company by our snorkelling guide throughout the medical transport and treatment process. We were well taken care by this great community. Our 8yo was back to her normal self that afternoon and insisted to continue with island hoping adventure the next day. Instead of discouraging us from taking to the trip, the resort has arranged additional crew members to accompany us the next day. Whilst the rest of the family snorkel, the additional crew spent time with my 8yo on the boat, entertaining her with tales of the sea. The level of service is truly amazing. Lastly, we were so lucky to witness the release of baby sea turtles into the sea. The resort has beaches preserve for turtles to nest. If you appreciate the marine ecosystem and the experience to be close to nature, I highly recommend Borneo Divers. We will be back for more snorkelling.

The water house is really great. The resort has a boat shuttle so you don't have to worry about transportation. Three meals are also included in the package, and the food is quite fresh. The weather was very good for the two days of vacation, so the sea water was very clear and transparent. I couldn't wait to go to the sea after putting down my luggage. What's surprising is that you can go directly into the water in the water house!!! In addition, there are many water recreational facilities, such as snorkeling, glass boats, sea swings, etc. I won't list them one by one. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

A very pleasant stay. The beautiful manager personally picked us up from the pier. Although it was a scheduled boat, we were all staying in the same hotel, and the boat was also dedicated to the hotel. There were staff to help with the luggage on and off the boat, so we were not allowed to carry it ourselves. After arriving at the hotel, we were seated and the dishes were served immediately. We had a table for our friends, and several people were fine. The staff were very warm and thoughtful, and I gave them a thumbs up. We had seafood long legs at check-in because we were a table for two people, and the seafood provided was not enough to eat, and we wanted some more, but the meals were calculated and there was no extra. I saw a few dishes on the stove and thought they were extra, so I asked if I could take them away. The staff said yes, but later I found out that the staff had eaten fried rice, probably because we took their dishes away, so I was sorry. The room is relatively large, spacious, and clean. The hotel supplies are also very new. The hotel is indeed a new hotel. There is a balcony to see the sea. We were arranged with two rooms, one for sunset and one for sunrise, which is very considerate.
