1st time travel to Semporna for family trip. Check in this hotel and only know that only provide 2 towels for 2 adults and 1 children. Need to pay extra charge for the additional towel. During check out, was told need to pay the penalty for make their towel dirty. Which this is the 1st time we face for our experience traveling around. Just paid the penalty as we are rushing for time. Not a very nice experience. Recommend for they who really want to check in this hotel, need to take care extra precaution when using their amenities, they are fussy then other 5 star hotel.

It’s the worst hotel I’ve been to in Asia (I’ve been to 40+ countries), staff were very unreasonable and rude. They do not respect the privacy of customers, so don’t expect to have any privacy being protected. Definitely avoid this hotel. They even refused to refund the nights which were not stayed because of their stricter than 5-star-hotel policy. Totally a violation. Not even an apology, their attitude sounds like we all need to beg to stay in this place, what a turn down as a paying traveler and customer. Disrupted our travel plans and made our journey so much hassle. They do not know what service is. Totally not worth it.

1) Breakfast - next door chinese restaurant with 2 noodle soup option daily, drinks just mineral water. STAFF THAT DOESNT HAVE A SMILE ON THEIR FACE 2) Front desk is helpful and pick up call fast 3) Only 1 key card is given 4) Walk in rate RM340, better direct walk in than booking online ( i paid RM450 per night)

After we arrived at 16:00, the hotel had already arranged a room for us, and no deposit was charged. The room had the best view, which was quite satisfactory. However, the front desk operation was very strange during check-out. I checked out at 8:45 but was not informed. Instead, the driver who picked me up at the airport stopped me when we were about to leave and said that the stains on our towels were not cleaned. I wanted to say that we brought our own towels, and that they didn't ask for cleaning the day before. Later, he immediately changed his words and said it was the day before.
