Sipanda inn 1 located close to the jetty. So do other hotels. The room is very simple with one queen side bed. 
The tissue box was empty and no toilet roll. The tv was not working either.
It is also noisy due to close proximity to the restaurants.

The location is very much convenience to the jetty, restaurant and stores. It's all walking distance.

Favourite hotel to stay in if got work at Semporna, once a month i flew from KL to Tawau and heading to Semporna for work.
and Sipadann Inn 1@2 will always be my choice.
The location is good nearby supermarket, close to Jetty.
Room quiet spacious and clean.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
TV is functioning with good channel even though only got 3.

Cheap but far from dobby area... hahaja. But sometimes no water.

airconditioning is working well.
water heater works well too.


I had an averagely comfortable stay. The air conditioner took some time to work though in my room.

It's a perfect budget hotel. Location wise, excellent. Its smack in the center of everything:dives hops, restaurants, pharmacy, Gmart. Room wise, yes it's old, aircon takes time to cool the room. But toilet functions, the hot shower functions well. They also have a hair dryer. Towels, toothbrush, soap and shampoo provided. Wifi was fast. Bed was comfy. Perfect for fussfree divers who just need a place to sleep and rest 😊

We had to catch a ferry and so were only here the 1 night. It was very cheap and there really isn’t much choice in the area . It was clean enough and the staff were polite. You can walk to the local fish restaurant which were great .....lots of places don’t have alcohol. 

This is not cheapest option for accommodation, but convenient location wise. While the room is OK, A/C is working fine, bed is clean, the water pressure is however low, really low. The water heater also not functioning. If this place fix the water issue, this could be a good option for travellers.
