The room smells great

Facilities: The facilities are OK, but there is no elevator, so it is a bit difficult to carry the suitcase. Hygiene: The hygiene is OK, because it is very close to the fish market at the pier, there is a salty smell, which will disappear after a long time. The bedsheets also have some marks, but there is no smell of mold or anything like that, which is pretty good, and it will not affect it if you put it on. Environment: It is convenient to live on the pier. Service: The waiter's attitude is not very good, and no one cleaned the room for three days. Especially the check-in experience is not good. Their front desk is on the second floor, and the door on the first floor is locked and can't be opened. Just when I was about to call them, a child ran over and pressed the code through the iron door. We said that the child brother was really enthusiastic and helped a lot, but a group of children came around to ask for money. . . This experience really deducted a lot of points. It is recommended to stay in a decent hotel. The homestay in the small fishing village is not good.

The room is very clean and has a washing machine. It is close to the pier. You can quickly return to the hotel to take a shower after diving. The front desk lady is also very nice.

The waiter was very nice and helped with luggage. The landlord was very friendly and helped call a car to pick me up. I felt very safe. He responded to messages many nights. The room was very clean and there was a balcony to watch the sunset. The bed was relatively comfortable. It was very close to the pier, only a 200-meter walk away. It is in the center of the town.

We had a reservation for September, with free cancellation and payment on August 26th. Suddenly in May, they send me an email saying that either I pay my reservation now or they cancel it. I write to the platform I booked with to check if it is true or not (there are several scams on this page). I get no response. A few days later this platform writes to me telling me that indeed, this hotel cannot take charge of my reservation (having everything confirmed!). All this without any explanation. Then they wrote to me from the hotel asking me to cancel... all very random. If I choose a room with free cancellation and pay in September they are charging me extra for those conditions!!! So be careful! You could be left stranded with them! DO NOT BOOK. They do not comply with what they sell.
