Everything was good and nice! Great location and will come back for stay again.

2nd stay here, never disappointed with their staff service. Only the television is not possible to use. Just a suggestion, need to ensure your window lock is looked into for safety purposes. By right hotel window should not be 4 inch wide to open or ensure it is locked to prevent unnecessary issues to happen

No channel tv, please add channel like HBO

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with many restaurants nearby. The room facilities are simple and the price/performance ratio is very good, suitable for business or travel friends.

Today I want to complain about this hotel. The Chinese name of the hotel is called Peace Hotel. There is a Peninsula Hotel next door. The rooms and buildings are the same, but the colors are different. They all have a front desk. The English name is Semporna garden hotel. Here is what I think about this hotel. Hotel rating: 1. Hardware. It opened in 2023. The decoration is relatively new, but the room is very small. It feels like a small hotel at the entrance of a domestic school. Three boxes basically occupy the room. The room is decorated with plywood (probably full of "formaldehyde") on all sides as wallpaper. The mattress feels like it costs 100 yuan at most. But the good thing is that everything is new. 2. The sanitary conditions were relatively clean, at least to the eyes. However, I regretted it after I went to sleep. The "bedding was damp" and the sheets and bedding had a unique local "curry smell and foot odor". No. Know whether the room will be changed for each guest. In addition, if you don't tell, the room will be "uncleaned" for the intervening days until you check out. 3. The price is not cheap either. During the Spring Festival, it costs more than 480 RMB per night, not including breakfast, which costs 15 MYR per person. Breakfast is at the Kapalai Hotel next door. They don't have breakfast in their own hotel. 4. Traffic. The biggest problem is traffic. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to take a Grab taxi to the pier. It is almost impossible to get a taxi around 8 o'clock in the morning. If you wait patiently, you may get a taxi that is 15-20 minutes away from you. "There is a traffic jam", so be sure to Get up early, otherwise you may miss the 8:30 dive meeting. The hotel also provides free car delivery service, but it is basically impossible to deliver it on time as marked. After trying it twice, I was told that there is no car or that I have to wait for 30 minutes. The most embarrassing thing is that last night I was told that a person would pay me 35 MYR to pick me up at the airport at 7am. When I arrived at the front desk at 6:50, he told me that there was no car. I felt so happy. Then take an emergency taxi and grab a ride for 69 MYR. If you hurry, this operation will be late. 5. Service, there is a fat lady wearing glasses at the front desk who speaks some Chinese and is very enthusiastic to help you. The hotel is good and worth the price. It is a little far from the pier. The hotel does not include breakfast, but it does not affect the trip. The overall feeling is good. Recommended

I randomly selected a hotel and saw that it was newly opened so I gave it a try. The breakfast was actually quite good. I was surprised by the 200+ hotels. I hope the hotel can maintain its original intention.
