I had to stay extra day in Semporna & rebook this hotel. They're very helpful & let me stay without upfront deposit.

The accommodation is pretty new, WiFi is fast, the room is very clean, the owners are very friendly and helpful, you have a really warm shower, only the room was not 20 am as advertised, but about 10 am, which is more common in Semporna , we slept very well and recommend the house because we only used the room to sleep.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the pier. The area around the hotel is quite lively, and there are banks where you can change money. The room is clean but a bit small. The hot water for bathing is not too hot and the sound insulation is average. Accommodation in Semporna is generally expensive and the conditions are average and not as good as in China.
