Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Easy to parking a car too.

For stay sekejap okay, cuma hotel agak nampak terlalu lama and tak terjaga. Kawasan dekat dengan pekan semporna. Bila malam agak sunyi di hotel. Depan hotel agak gelap. Ruangan untuk gosok baju perlu kena keluar bilik dan agak sunyi.

This is my first experience stay here. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Hotel cleanliness can be improve. Parking space is quite big.

I never comment on hotels. This is the first time. First of all, the location of the hotel is about 40 minutes' walk from the tourist gathering center. It takes 9 minutes to take a taxi, but because it is too close, few drivers are willing to pick up. Then the hotel facilities are super broken. The shower head of the water heater can't be hung. I can only hold it in one hand and wash it with the other hand. And I dare not use the bath towels at all. It feels very dirty. The air conditioner has a smell. The elevator is still broken. Fortunately, I am on the second floor. Then the hygiene is really bad! It is recommended that those who are particular about hygiene should not go. You will be very depressed. The sheets and quilts are black and have a smell. When I was taking a shower, the water supply in the whole building was cut off. All guests came to ask. There are geckos in the room and there is a musty smell. Finally, the service. Except for a little girl, the front desk staff can't even speak English very well. It is very difficult to communicate. Finally, we booked two rooms, one of which needs to be checked out later. I asked the day before how much it would cost to check out later. I was told it was free, but when I checked out the next day, I was charged another fifty. Why didn't you make it clear how much it would cost on the first day?

The facilities are old, many of them are damaged to some extent and have not been repaired. The hygiene conditions are poor, and the sheets and pillowcases are stained. Fortunately, I brought disposable sheets, quilt covers, etc. If this happened in China, it would be almost the same as staying in a travel agency!

The equipment is old, the environment is poor, and it's remote. I wouldn't live here if I had no choice. There are too many people during the holidays and all the accommodation in the town is full.
