はじめて宿泊させて頂きました
山の中の温泉で静かでいい場所だと思いますが
温泉が期待より設備等が古い感じでした
布団が薄くて次の日腰が痛かったです
次は無いようでした

夕食時、食事の中に髪の毛みたいな物が入っていて、仲居さんに言った所、頭を下げて頂きすぐに厨房に持って行き調べて頂き速い対応、丁寧に説明をして頂き、結局髪の毛ではなかったのに、嫌な思いをさせてしまってすみませんと言って頂きました。こちらが髪の毛だと思いこんだのに、それでも最後まで頭を下げて頂きました。とても良い対応でした。
素晴らしいと思いました。ありがとうございました🙇♀️

Maybe because there are a lot of foreigners, when I went to get the dinner buffet, someone else was eating at the table, the shower in the large bath was reserved and there was no place to wash, the water was dirty, when I moved to the open-air bath, there was a woman in the men's bath and she gave me a dirty look, and even though there was a changing room, I had to take off my yukata and slippers on the rocks in the open-air bath, so it was a mess. I would recommend it for Koreans and Chinese people, but for Japanese people, it's just stressful.

The dinner buffet could be better. For example, tempura is very common in Japan, but the tempura made in the hotel was substandard and not crispy.
New elements should be added to the dinner menu. Guests who stay continuously and scan the code will feel tired.
