Perfect hotel for a short stay in Alen, friendly reception, clean, maintained, uncomplicated, rich breakfast, near the centre, private free parking, good price/performance ratio, again at any time

Comfortable rooms, good bar and restaurant and underground parking make this an ideal stop-over. Stayed here on the way to Denmark and on the return journey to the UK. The breakfast offering is absolutely superb and full marks to the staff who quickly clear tables and replenish the buffet. An extra coffee machine wouldn’t go amiss. It can be a long wait at busy periods. Great fan of the Accor brand.

Dieses Haus der B&B-Kette überzeugt durch seine Lage, gut zu erreichen mit der Bahn da direkt am Hauptbahnhof gelegen, aber auch mit dem PKW gut zu erreichen und es gibt, soweit verfügbar kostenloses Parkplätze direkt am Haus! Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut für 1-2 Nächte ausgestattet und, das muss erwähnt werden, das Bad ist gut ausgestattet und hat neben einer recht großen Dusche, alles was man benötigt, so auch einen Föhn! Sehr gut das Pricing! Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt und können dazu keine Angaben machen. Was auch überzeugt ist das angebotene ”Online Check-In” Verfahren. So spart man viel Zeit und kann sofort das Zimmer beziehen!

We enjoyed our one night at Munster's Prizehotel - this was our first encounter with the chain, and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is colorfully decorated, with a welcoming staff and wonderful breakfast. On our arrival in the morning we were welcomed and while the room was not yet available, we were offered complimentary coffee (quite good). The location is excellent as it's located right outside of the train station. By the way, the hotel has an excellent soundproof protection - we didn't hear any commotion from the trains passing nearby.

We stayed here for cheap money. The four-star hotel is located in front of the main station and you can stop his car at 5 minutes' distance for €10 per day in the parking house. The room was small but had air conditioning, minibar, shower, TV and was quiet because we had a room to the backyard. We had no breakfast booked because there are many bakers or dining facilities in the neighborhood. We ran a few minutes to a nice little bakery Elshoff with a very nice bakery seller and delicious breads. The hotel staff at the reception was friendly. I had booked about Agoda.

Too a day to cool off. Breakfast is 35 Euros per guest. Very expensive, and didn't try. Cheaper to go to one of the bakeries around the corner for breakfast

We were on the way with seven girls and had a room for us. There were three separate toilets, three washing basins and two separate showers. All right well for seven people. The star is deducted because the airing is continuously on the bathroom and thus all the doors were always closed to allow the girls to sleep at the “entry”.

My wife and I booked a comfort room, but it did not look anything like the comfort room shown on the hotel's website. According to the lady at Check Out, our room (#216) is 18 square meters (and one of the larger comfort rooms); however, its form is weird: the entrance is spacious, then there is a small corridor - with a desk, a chair, a coffee machine and a kettle - leading to the actual bed room, which is only slightly larger than the bed it contains. One of us could sit at the desk, but the other had to sit on the bed. Very awkward! The room was quite warm, even though there is air conditioning (which was turned to a low temperature). We kept the window open while we were in the room. The hotel is well situated, in the center of Münster. Our room overlooked a square with outdoor cafés. The noise level was OK while we stayed in this hotel. The quality of the bed and of the linens is very good. The shower is good. The rest of the bath room is still dry after you have taken a shower - always pleasant. :-) The breakfast buffet is very good and varied. I only missed some nuts (hazel nuts, walnuts, almonds) to go with my muesli. Personnel at the reception and in the breakfast room were friendly. So, this is mostly a positive review except for the room itself. There was nothing in the description on the website of the hotel (I just checked again) that prepared us for what we got. Therefore, I cannot score this hotel any higher than 2 out of 5. We shall not be coming back here.
