We were greeted with a warm and friendly smile by Savannah who upgraded us to a King Suite when she learned it was our anniversary weekend. We were on the 4 the floor with a beautiful view of the lake. It was very quiet and room 418 was across the hall from the ice machine and just a few doors down from the elevators making it very convenient. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower and the towels were thirsty and generous in size. The breakfast hostess was excellent! She always kept the items replenished and all the tables were cleaned as soon as guests left. Nice variety of items to choose from. There is a beautiful and large deck off the back of the dining area with tables and beautiful views of the lake with trees in full leaf. Parking was ample and convenient. We felt safe and secure. Would stay there again. The property is close to restaurants and shopping.

Stayed here a couple of days the 1st week of July. I'll be staying here frequently for business now. New hotel that's very nice and clean. Staff is friendly. The gym is quite nice for a hotel in this area. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Looking forward to the next couple of months.

Short overnight trip to visit grandson in Clemson. Found this great hotel on the internet. It seems to be a fairly new property. When we checked in the area manager, Polly was behind the desk. She was very friendly and a great example of what front desk employees should be. In the evening we returned with a bottle of wine to enjoy while sitting outdoors on the patio overlooking a lake but didn't have a corkscrew. Polly found one for us! We were also allowed a late check-out which was wonderful.

Everything about this place is so great. The moment you enter you are greeted by very courteous reception staff. The hotel rooms are spacious and very clean and the lake view from the window is amazing. The breakfast is sumptuous and has a good spread. All in all a very good place to stay if you are visiting Clemson.

Overall the hotel was great and the front desk person Robin was an excellent help. But I looked over my bill at the end of my stay and I was charged for data service I did not use. I email corporate and was returned an email from the GM. It stated, “The data charge unfortunately we can not remove as it gives our guests an option not to use the enhanced WI-FI if they do not want to pay extra.” So be sure to double check you’re only using their free/basic wi-fi as I did. Check that splash page where you select the free option. Hopefully you won’t get charged an extra fee like I did. Unacceptable.

I absolutely love this hotel! Every time I come to Seneca, I stay here. The hotel is immaculate, conveniently located, and the staff is friendly. The beds are so comfortable, and the feather pillows are just right. The room has a coffee station and mini-fridge. The bathroom is spotless with a roomy walk-in shower and hair dryer. There is laundry on-site, which is important when traveling. No complaints at all! I love staying here!

I too was offered a plunger to fix a toilet that was clogged after the room was “cleaned” (they made the bed and replaced the towels, didn’t clean anything, surfaces were still sticky from a spilled drink). I’m not sure what I’m paying for if I’m housekeeping and maintenance… I’ll be back in town for another month and will drive further each day to get what I’m paying for.

This is a new hotel and overall very ice. Staff makes a difference. Coffee is hit or miss in the mornings. I asked for the TV to be fixed in my room which they never did fix. When checking out the breakfast person had to go behind the desk and get the clerk. The lighting in the room was horrible, only had a desk light, other lights don't work. I do a lot of computer work and this is the reason i went to another hotel. if you're staying overnight it's fine, extended stays certainly show the defects in the staff.ill go somewhere else next time.
