Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort Reviews

Amazing pool, lovely landscaping , it has a mini water slide for lots of fun. U could literally walk to the beach from the pool, and laze around on one of the benches. Staff are friendly and courteous . Room is spacious. Enjoyed very much our 3nights stay .

A very mixed experience. This is quite old hotel. The rooms are equipped with a good furniture, but its old. The pool is good, breakfast also fine with freshly brewed coffee, but selection of western food is limited like in 3 star hotel - omelette, eggs, sausages, some potatoes and thats it. We expected a good beach, but totally failed. The beach is dirty, plastic thrash is floating in water. Just one question to hotel - if you consider yourself 5 star hotel, why nobody clean your beach? Totally awful experience. Thats not only Sengiggi problem. All over Indonesia the ocean and seas are full of plastic. Compared to even 5 years before the sea became a thrash bin for locals. Think about it finally!

Service is good. Only had some miscommunication process btw hotel and trip.com staff. Waited during check in at hotel almost 1.5hrs.Hotel recommended travel agent for speed boat travel from Bangsal to Bali price so expensive. If can try to find other travel agent at outside to compare the price. Breakfast so so only. At second night, it was 4 times continuous electricity cut off and plus earth quake it was really terrible.

Very hospitable and good service by all staff. Well maintained grounds, rooms and facilities. Matured gardens and idyllic ambience. Beach at your feet literally. We were even given a complimentary tea and a farewell gift bag by Tamara the friendly guest relations staff. Staff uniquely dressed in local native dress. A delightful stay!

Highly recommended if anyone is looking for a quiet beach’s stay in Lombok then SHERATOnn senggigi will be your ideal resort. The location is superb, excellent service provided by hotel staffs, fantastic pool and best is…breakfast Becos Hartono (hotel staff) will be at the breakfast area to play piano every morning.

By far the most beautiful beach resort! I’ve never seen such a magical pool and the friendly staff was always ready to assist with a smile. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of drinks and food in a relaxing environment. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to get away from the fast paced life. I’ll definitely be back in the near future! Thank you Sheraton team for an unforgettable experience!

Breakfast was fantastic! The buffet has a lot of options! The staff is really nice! The room has a good size, one of us worked from the desk and the other from the balcony with the garden view :) The Internet was great! The bed was a bit soft for me. The shower was really good! The pool and the beach are amazing! Recommended!

The room as re spacious and balconies have a fantastic view to the garden and the ocean.

This is my first trip to Lombok. Stayed 4 nights at the hotel. The Sheraton Lombok at Senggigi has a private beach and is near to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Although hotel started in 1991, it is very upkept and maintained. I like the pool and the landscaping. The rooms are very clean and sheets are cleaned even though the furniture are a bit dated. Everything on the room works. Like many hotels affected by the Covid, the services are coming back as tourists are slowing back. Breakfast is good but can be improved further and more spread when the occupancy rates goes up further. Most of the staff worked for many years and gladly offers useful tips and advices. They provided excellent services in particular Ms Ayu(F&B), Mr Udin(Pool), Mr Hartono(self taught pianist during breakfast) and Mr Aldi(poolside bar and restaurant) whom I managed to speak to. We will definitely stay at Sheraton Lombok again.

Every thing just perfect. This is our favorite hotel. We been here three times.
