The object of the rent is an apartment for tourist use located inside the farmhouse. Unique room of 28m2 with kitchenette, double sofa bed and bunk. Bathroom with chromotherapy shower. Ground floor. All rooms overlook the internal garden. Private garden in front of the accommodation with gazebo. Maximum 4 people.
-The rooms that make up the apartment described are for the exclusive use of guests who book it. Swimming pool barbecue gym garden shared with the other guests of the farmhouse and with the owners who live in the same farmhouse, there are other accommodations for rent in the same complex.
-The rental price includes utilities (electricity, water and gas) and final cleaning.
-The rental price does not include (to be paid locally): linen, extra cleaning, tourist tax, heating according to consumption.
-Optional additional services: linen package 10 EUR/person to be requested at the time of booking and to be paid upon arrival in cash (these are personal sheets and towels which cannot be used outside the accommodation as a beach towel, to be kept for the entire stay length of stay - change during the stay at the same price).
-Guests must bring their own beach towels, tablecloths, tea towels, cleaning products, detergents, sponges, toiletries, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, toilet paper, garbage bags and anything else necessary for running the accommodation, in addition to linen if not requested.
