Personable treatment, a spacious room and bathroom, and outstanding meals and wine list. There's a town down below with lots of dining options, but if you're exhausted after driving curvy mountain roads like we were, you never have to leave. We appreciated the décor’s mix of old world and new. The hotel’s team showed real professionalism and care, from the housekeeper to the general manager. It was the largest inn that we stayed in in the Pyrenees, but it didn't feel it.

We stayed all over Catalonia and this was our favourite hotel by far. The views are simply breathtaking, the outside pool and jacuzzi are wonderful, the rooms are spacious and staff couldn’t do more to help us! The views alone make this hotel wonderful value! We left feeling fully relaxed and plan to come back!

The owner couldn't do enough for us when we didn't want to leave the hotel for some food as the children were tired. They created some simple light food options for us to enjoy on the beautiful terrace.
The pools were amazing, so clean and the views were spectacular.

El pasado mes de Septiembre celebramos nuestra boda en el hotel El Castell de Ciutat. Todo fue mejor de lo que hubiéramos podido imaginar. Estamos encantados. Lo recomendamos 100%! Gracias Katja y Emilio por hacerlo todo tan fácil. Desde la coordinación, la decoración al detalle con mucho mimo, la gestión de los tempos, el acompañamiento en todo momento, la buena predisposición… todo fue fantástico. El pica pica en los jardines con unas vistas increíbles, la comida buenísima! Gracias a los Chefs Michael y Andrea que hicieron que nuestro día fuera muy sabroso! Todo un acierto haber elegido el hotel El Castell de Ciutat para la celebración de uno de los días más importantes de nuestra vida. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que nuestro fuera aún más bonito!

Teníamos muchas ganas de volver al hotel desde hace tiempo , y la espera ha merecido la pena !!!!. Desde la llegada en recepción, recibimos un trato muy personal por parte de Emilio . Durante la estancia su compañera Irene muy pendiente de todo!!!. En los tratamientos del Spa , Raquel muy profesional !!!!!.
