The hotel was very big and spacious. They upgraded us with a deluxe room with a nice sunrise view. Very quiet hotel as it was almost empty. Good hot water. Good parking space. The location was good.

I have stayed in three places in Jeju Island. This one is the one I am most dissatisfied with. First of all, the hotel campus and the entrance look pretty good. After entering, the swimming pool is dry. The room we were given was in another building of the main building. The entire building It seems that I am the only one who lives in this room. The room is large, and the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry. There is a thick plastic padding under the sheets. It makes loud noises whenever I move. It is still very stuffy when I fall asleep, and my body is pressed against the sheets. Sweating, I woke up in the morning and found a blood stain underneath the sheets, probably a stain on the underlying layer. The location of the hotel is okay, facing Sunrise Peak from a distance. But I don't want to stay in this hotel where I can't sleep in the middle of the night. They didn’t dare to take pictures for fear of leaving dirty things behind.
