The room is newly renovated. It is very large with two rooms and three large beds. There is also a hall for use, which is enough for a family. However, the hotel does not have many facilities. There is a fitness center across the road, which charges 15,000 Won per person per day, and there is only one paid hot spring. There are no sauna facilities, and the hottest water temperature is too hot, not suitable for soaking, as it will burn your body! Medium to hot water will do!

I visit every year, but the staff's service has improved a lot this year. I am satisfied that the parents had a comfortable trip.
However, there are a few things that are disappointing: the seawater sauna was marked as scheduled for renewal in the facility near the elevator in Building C, so I couldn't use it, but when I checked when I checked out, it was in operation. It's a shame that I couldn't use it because the sign wasn't corrected.
Also, I have used other hotels and resorts because cleaning service is usually provided for the 2nd night when staying for 3 consecutive nights, but I was disappointed that Kensington provided the service for 4 nights.

The staff is friendly, the room is spacious and the bedding is clean. The bed mattress is also comfortable. We had a good rest for a day on a trip with a family of three. Ashley's buffet was also delicious. We will definitely come back again on our next trip.
