1. The location is very close to Olle Course 4 by the sea. However, even if the nearby restaurant is close, it is 1km away and about a 15-minute walk, so it is inconvenient without a car. However, walk to Olle Course 4 and reach the restaurant area near Dangke Port.
It's a nice walk, so if you enjoy it, great.
2. It is fairly well cleaned. However, the towels provided were a bit old and discolored.
3. The facilities are not good. It was an old building, so it was okay that the interior was a bit worn, but water was falling from the ceiling while I was sleeping in my room on the second floor at night. There was a rainwater leak from the rooftop and it was a very uncomfortable night.
4. The owner was kind and responded well to various situations.

The room was spacious and clean. It is located far away, so you need to rent a car. There is no ocean view. It is quite far from the center of Seogwipo city, but there is a village about 20 minutes walk away, and there are restaurants, supermarkets, and other basic necessities. I felt sincere in cleaning the bathroom.
Overall, it is clean and the owner is friendly.
I also had a simple but delicious breakfast.
I usually don't eat breakfast, but in the shared kitchen.
The self-toast was very delicious.
The stone wall road leading to the back of the coast is also cozy.
The road along the coast is dark at night...it's so dark when it's raining.
It was scary, but when the weather was nice, the coastal Olle Trail was illuminated by moonlight.

The owner was very friendly and it was nice to have the sea right in front. Depending on the location of the room, there are some places that are clearly visible and some that are not so visible, but I think the room can be seen clearly from anywhere. A simple breakfast is also provided. However, it may be a bit difficult if you don't have a car. If you are traveling by rental car, I highly recommend this place!
