Very nice and clean, highly recommend.

A really nice hotel with very large and comfortable rooms. The heated pool was nice even during a slightly chilly February breeze! Two nice restaurants and a nice bar bear by but everything else is a 20-30 minute walk away. We booked this as it was directly adjacent to the olle trail we were walking g during our short break (olle 8 - photos are of the walk) Will certainly be back

Relaxing serene environment to take a break. Beautiful infinity pool in the middle of the mountain. Great, attentive service. Walking trails were a little strange. But otherwise, very nice stay.

The view and service are all good. But it's old, so I can't help but feel that way. I like the swimming pool because I can use it whenever I want. I don't know if I'll go back.

It's about a 10-20 minute walk from the restaurant. Others are good. It would be better if the hotel food was richer.

The hotel is not bad, but the lobby didn't have air conditioning so it was too hot. And the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Except for this, it was better.

The room was clean and the service was OK; the bed was very comfortable; the view from the room was great; the anti-theft lock was not working; after checking into a room, the air conditioner switch broke down in the middle of the night and suddenly stopped cooling; we changed rooms at 12 o'clock; the guy who helped with the luggage kept apologizing, but the hotel did not express any other apologies; the price of 1600-1700 per night without breakfast was really shameless; don't go to the nightclub by the swimming pool unless you are with a couple who likes the loud disco music at the nightclub swimming pool

I went on an anniversary trip. I went there looking forward to the infinity pool, but I was worried because it rained that day, but there was a small sauna behind the heated pool, so I could warm up during breaks, which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable for two people, the amenities provided by L'Occitane had a cool forest scent, and the d'Alba massage pack kit was also nice. The staff is friendly and the location is close to the Jungmun Tourist Complex, so there are plenty of places to go out and eat, and there are many nice cafes nearby. There were some reviews saying the view was amazing and noisy, but even though the room I was assigned had a pool view, it wasn't noisy at all. The small garden promenade was great for having dinner and taking a walk. The landscaping is so well done that I can see why it is called Nature. I will go again next time. I have Korean food tastes and there are so many good restaurants nearby, so I didn't request breakfast, but when I saw it in the morning, I saw that a lot of people were using the breakfast buffet.
