OROJEJU

OroJeju offers a beautiful, peaceful, quiet and calm environment. No hassles in check in or out. The Host was extremely helpful, kind, responsive and accommodating. She responded to watsapp with fluent English and offers very helpful support to get around. My room was sea facing and it was wonderful to wake up to the sound of the waves and breeze. The studio is compact with daily necessities required. Washing machine, full equipted kitchen, table for dining and writing, dress table. The bed and bedsheets is comfortable and offers home away from home relaxation. I had originally booked for 5 days but extended to 8 days in total. The closeness to the sea, the breeze, sound is so peaceful, making this a very suitable place to recharge from hectic work and a very comfortable place for healing. This is close to the little town called Namwoon and within reach of the main Sewigpo main town, bus ride 30mins max. I was captivated with the closeness to the sea, making daily stroll such a pleasant ans enjoyable experience. Definitely my first choice of "home away from home" on my next visit. The hosts is such a wonderful lady, making this place such a wonderful and connected stay.

Thin blanket & small bath towels The blanket is too thin, it is just a normal cloth, not a blanket. Luckily, the weather is not cold during our visit. But we can’t switch on the air conditioner at night while sleeping and there’s any fan, so we have to open the window, however it was raining in the middle of the night and rain water was coming from the window then we have to wake up to close the windows, our sleeping was disrupted. The bath towels are also too small, just slightly bigger than a face towel. If you wash your long hair, you wound need at least 2-3 towels each time.

Wonderful ocean side stay My sister and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The hosts were gracious and reached out to ensure that I had the directions and an exterior photo as I was arriving after dark. They even sent a link for a nearby grocery store. They were fluent in English which helped me tremendously. The beds were comfortable and room 303 had a lovely ocean view with sounds of the surf. I would definitely recommend the pension and hope to go back again.

Orojeju Pension beautiful location on the ocean near Segowipo. very clean room. owner was very accommodating and promptly answered whats app texts. Easy to communicate with owner.

Sole traveller with no car. Whole apartment with hob, microwave. washing machine, utensils, full size fridge freezer and small balcony with sea view. Clean and well maintained, gardens with coal bbqs etc available for use. 5 minute walk to the local bus stop to get you to Seogwipo or the coastal route bus that goes all the way round to jeju terminal. Very useful !. Backs onto a popular patrolled Ocean pool so blissful open water swimming, snorkelling etc at high tide. Nice and quiet. Host speaks great English, which is great because my Korean is terrible. Shuttle to airport bus also provided by host as an added bonus and plenty of places to hike and get lost if you like that.
