Very clean and lovely room. Amazingly huge balcony with perfect sea view as booked. Super friendly staff for check in, room service and support for finding genuine and delicious restaurants. Great location by the sea with a lovely walk to a nice bar and beach area

Overall experience was nice, I spent 2 nights there, the room is clean and comfortable but the room size is a little bit small compared to Grand Hyatt Jeju. I should highlight the breakfast at Parnas Hotel and strong recommended. Staff attitude was so so, professional but not warm and hospitality.

Amazing!! I do recommend this hotel to everyone. Families, couples, friends whoever!! Interior and exterior are so modern and new plus well maintained. Thoughtful and Smiling staff with luxury swimming pools. Sauna, gowns for outdoor swimming pool are good quality. I will definitely come back :)

The view of Parnas Jeju was absolutely excellent, the breathtaking sea-view is a big big big plus!!! I’m definitely gonna choose Parnas jeju the next time! The staff were helpful n thoughtful as well, just love it;))) Cause iiiii know what you like boy~~

The pool was very crowded even with the time slot control, more suitable for families and kids, the view was amazing. The only comment was the shower head/ height/curtain design look like an after thought, not designed to the average ergonomics for a five star hotel.

Best sea view hotel ever in jeju island

Was a newly renovated and rebranded hotel by the sea so decided to give it a try. Was totally not disappointed by the deluxe king room - great bed, clean, fresh (you could tell it was all new furniture), and love the washroom where there was a bathtub and separate shower/ toilet. COMPLIMENTARY MINI BAR in your rooms too, with really nice features like the hair dryer and the water boiler. The whole hotel was so beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, and smelled amazing. We even wanted to find out what scent they were using. Service was good too - either spoke in English or Chinese. Pool was heated so could be used all year round, we didn’t try out the restaurants but I did try out the spa to get a 60-mins facial. Great experience and service on all fronts. Nice that they have a convenience store right downstairs so could pick up necessities if any and they have a cafe (ONRUA) for breakfast and coffee (delicious!) Wish we stayed here longer so we could enjoy all of the amenities!

Excellent visit

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel! I wanted to celebrate my birthday here as my last stop in Jeju Island. I also specially ordered a cake to bring to this hotel. At first, I called the room service number, and a woman answered the phone with a very bad attitude. I wanted to borrow a lighter to light the cake. I said that I could ask the waiter to stay by my side and blow it up after I ordered the cake before leaving. She said that the hotel regulations do not allow borrowing because it is dangerous. I can understand this. But the woman's attitude is really bad. She was impatient on the phone. Later, I said that I would complain to her and talk to her manager. She was not afraid and hung up on me directly. After a while, the manager called me. This experience should be the lobby manager. I saw him in the lobby. Compared with the woman with a bad attitude on the phone just now, this experience is weird. He spoke very fast in English on the phone, and I couldn't get a word in. I told the bad attitude of the female operator just now, and he still quickly told me that he would ask clearly. He really spoke very fast. I thought he didn't hear what I said at all. I asked him if he didn't like Chinese people, and he said yes. I was surprised that he replied so quickly (he probably didn't listen to me at all). I asked him again and he realized the problem and said no. I was really super invincible and hung up the phone. I understand that the hotel regulations do not allow cake candles in the room, but is this your attitude towards guests? Later, I went to the lobby lounge to light candles. I told the front desk again when I passed by the front desk. The front desk man looked at me helplessly and said that the manager was the man standing next to him. The man kept a dangerous look on his face but would not solve any problems for you. I can be sure that he definitely doesn't like Chinese people! I have stayed in many luxury hotels for work. If there is a problem in the hotel, the hotel manager will definitely try his best to solve the problem, instead of condoning the bad attitude of employees towards Chinese people like the on-duty front desk manager of this hotel! Including himself, I think this front desk manager has a smile on his face, but he just looks down on Chinese people in his bones! In addition, this hotel does not have Chinese service, at least I didn't encounter it. In addition, there are things like blood stains on the sheets in our room, because it was very late that I found out that I had made disposable sheets again, and I didn't tell the hotel, but I took pictures before leaving. The hygiene of this hotel seems not very good! Apart from these, the environment is really good, but the mood for my birthday was ruined by this weird front desk manager!

Because I read a lot of recommendations on Xiaohongshu, I booked this hotel on my last night in Jeju Island. The hotel's exterior design and scenery are nice, but the room is too ordinary, like Atour (pictured). 1800 for this room type ~ I think one night is enough to experience this hotel ~
