アナム（安岩）駅、もしくはチェギドン（祭基洞）駅、どちらも１０分ほど。 バス停「アナム五又路」の目の前なのでバス利用が便利。 ビル入口に「Noble Residence」表示あり、エレベーターで３Ｆへ。 韓国定番の「コシウォン（考試院）」タイプのゲストハウス。 部屋タイプ「シャワー・トイレ付きシングルルーム」を予約、 廊下を挟んで窓アリ部屋と窓ナシ部屋があるので気になる人は確認を。 入口前にスタッフ常駐、ただしノックしても出てこないことがあり、 スタッフは事務的で愛想がいいとは言い難い。 入口で下足箱に靴を入れ、サンダルに履き替えるので、館内廊下などはキレイな状態だが、 土足で入っていく長期滞在者もいるので注意、高麗大学にほど近いので客層も若めなためか。 室内はデスク、イス、戸棚、冷蔵庫、スツール、ベッドの上にハンガーフック、別スツールあり。 Ｗｉ－Ｆｉはルーターを２部屋で共用、速度は問題ナシ、コンセントはデスク下のみでちょっと不便。 バスタオルｘ１だけ、石鹸などは置かれていない、タオル交換は特になし。 ドライヤーは廊下にあるものを共用する形。 施設内は清潔でキレイに保たれている、水回りも清潔。 共用キッチンにＩＨ、電子レンジ、ウォーターサーバーあり、ランドリーもここにある。 炊飯器のご飯とラーメン、インスタントコーヒーは自由に利用可能。
