The staff were nice, but the hotel had many questionable aspects...
When I tried to check in and gave my name, there was no one else waiting and it took about 10 minutes for my name to be called.
I was starting to get worried, but then a staff member came and told me that my reservation had been missed.
It was already almost 8pm, so it would have been difficult to find another place to stay on the day, and I was honestly exhausted from traveling in Korea that day, so my mind was completely blank.
They quickly prepared a room for me, so it was fine, but
I had booked three nights, and on the second night, a staff member came to my room and said, "You're only booking for two nights, so you're supposed to check out today."
I showed them my reservation sheet and told them that it wasn't.
They said they'd check it, but I didn't hear anything after that, so I was worried, so I went to the reception and checked, and they told me that it was a mistake on the hotel's side.
I would have felt more at ease if they had contacted me once they'd checked and found out.
The staff were all Japanese and very friendly, which was nice as I was able to communicate with them with ease, however, there was a mistake on the hotel's part that made me feel uneasy at check-in and during my stay, which was very disappointing.
