The room is dirty, especially the bathroom- smelly and have previous user’s used contact lens and hair left.
All the facilities are torn, the sockets were not functioning.

I love all facilities here. Staff support me when I need help about my baggage and all my question. I like fitness center that has full functions of exercise. Easy to walk to metropolitan rail transit (sinsa exit 5) and find convenience stores, restaurants & cafes around garosugil. My room has nice view. I will back here soon. :)

The hotel is located close to the metro station and in the city center. The room were large, well-equipped, clean and tidy. The reception service was excellent, check-in and check-out efficient. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

They only provide amenities upon request, which is fine, but do aware.
The AC sounds like chirr, cricket sound in most of the rooms
Close to Airport bus just right opposite - super convenient

I personally really liked the location, as it was convenient to take a limousine bus from the airport and easy to access downtown Seoul. The facilities are older than I expected, but not bad.

I went with my Dad, the hotel was a bit meh, but it wasn’t bad. It’s good if you’re not planning to stay for a long period of time and you’re just on the move.

i feel like the customer service in this hotel are ****** against Thais , I went there at 10 am but they said i can check in at 3 pm so i wait there for many hours and then around 2.20 pm I saw another customer she is probably Korean and she can check in.
of course the customer service saw me the whole time when I was waiting there , i so I immediately go to the counter and ask them that can I check in.
then they say yes... (because I saw the person check in before 3 PM if they say no, I probably be angry)
also, they saw me the whole time they should come and tell me that I can check in right???

The hotel is about 4-minute walking distance from the Sinsa subway station. It is a bit old inside the room. I could not find a guidebook of the facilities of the hotel.
The gym and swimming pool are attached together, but every time one uses them, KRW11,000 should be paid, even though you are a customer of the hotel.
The hotel told me that there would be a penalty if one smokes in the room. However, if the aircon is not on, there is always the smell of smoke in the room.

The room number was good, but as the reviews said, the room was old and worn. The bathtub looked like it was about to break. When I checked in and went to my room, the window was open and there were mosquito-like insects. The young staff at the front desk were not very friendly and it was unpleasant. I mistakenly thought that two USB cords and an adapter belonged to the hotel and left them on a shelf near the outlet before returning home. When I returned to the airport, I contacted them by email, but they replied immediately that I hadn't left anything behind.
When I left the room to check out, a cleaning man was waiting for me. Did the cleaning staff take it home, or was the hotel staff member just responding in the same way as the front desk staff? Everything about this hotel was unpleasant. I don't think I'll use it again.

The facilities are old. There was mold in the bathroom and dust in the room. I wiped the sink and toilet with a disinfectant sheet before using them. There was no outlet at the sink, so I tried to use the outlet next to the mirror next to the bed, but it didn't work, so I used the outlet on the desk. There was a charger on the desk, which was convenient. The safety doesn't respond unless you press it quite hard.
There were two bottles of frozen water in the refrigerator. I put a plastic bottle I had in there and it froze overnight.
The double bed was spacious and comfortable to sleep on.
The bathroom light turns off automatically after about an hour. You can't set the light on and off in detail, and there is no footlight, so you can only choose whether it's bright or pitch black when you go to bed.
Hotel prices are rising, but the price of the accommodation was cheap, so I think that's about right.
