Happy to stay at Ananti Gangnam. This hotel overall location is convenient, cleanliness and service of the hotel is perfect.

Location is slightly further from the main tourist attraction places but besides that everything is 5/5

It feels very under staffed as there were not enough help with the luggage. The staff were also not trained and were not proficient in English, which is shocking for a 5 star hotel as this. The set up of the room did not allow for proper ventilation of the room. The air condition could only be limited to a low of 23 degrees, making the loft area ( where the beds are) very stuffy.

The price during the National Day holiday is not recommended unless you are staying with multiple people. The service is really average. I took a taxi to the parking lot. There were staff there, but no one helped with the luggage. I just stood there and watched... The air conditioning in the room was a bit hot, so I contacted the staff to turn it down. The quilt was really hot. The hotel style looks good at first glance, but it is not high-end when you look closely. The double-layer design is really beautiful and novel, but it is also troublesome if you want to go to the toilet to get something.

The hotel design and hardware are great, but the service is a bit poor. Check-out time is 11 o'clock, one hour earlier than other hotels, but the check-in time is still 3 pm. If you postpone the check-out to 12 o'clock, it will cost 30,000 won. It is suitable for taking pictures.

It is a place where you can stay quietly in downtown Gangnam. It was nice that you can use the swimming pool and fitness club without any limit on the number of times you use them, and I was satisfied with the free happy hour. The restaurants near the hotel were all delicious, and the air conditioning was great! Above all, the big advantage is that 4 adults can use it~!! The only regret is that the swimming pool is small, and the adult-only swimming pool has a set time, so you have to check the time carefully~ㅎ

The bridal shower went really well~~ The breakfast buffet, main dishes, and the pool were nice! The valet parking was also very friendly and helpful. I want to visit again next time ㅎㅎㅎ
