This hotel is not at all what you expect. The beds are as if you're sleeping on a rubber mattress in a cabin in the forest: noisy, slippery, painful. The pillows are an absolute joke: are they filled with rocks? And the worst part is, you aren't allowed to have more than 2 pillows per room. This is the first time in my entire life, after staying in hundreds of hotels in the world that I've discovered a SANCTION on pillows. Then, you're only allotted small hand towels: NO BATH TOWELS. The service desk workers are so nice and absolutely useless (not their fault at all, they're wonderful): they won't give you any extra (awful) pillows nor have any real bath towels. The shower leaks water into the bathroom as well. The washer and dryer are a definite plus, but to pay just a few dollars more, the inconveniences are absolutely NOT worth it. We've stayed in similar, better hotels for the cheaper. SKIP THIS PLACE.

Pro: it's close to the subway station. There is a mashing machine and dryer in the property. The room is quite spacious. Cons: the toilet smells (my partner and I both agreed there was a strong smell) and we reported to the reception, a member of staff came up and said he couldn't smell it (but he cleaned it anyways,but still smells after the disinfectant smells faded out). The cup in the bathroom is not cleaned (as shown in the picture, I thought it was scratch at first, then when I touched it, it is gel/cream ish)The TV was hard to operate, it even took the staff awhile to get to the channel.

Better than what we expect!! The luggage storage was so convenient for travelers.

Trash bin wasn’t empty. Soap bottle was empty. Two small face towels per person. View from window is to the next building in 1m distance. Only one chair to seat. There are plates, but no knife. Tea/coffee/water & candies at information floor (only with your cup). Location is nice - close to subway and embankment.

Great value for its price point: relatively easy contactless check-in. A new and spacious apartment hotel equipped with modern appliances (including an LG styler cupboard for freshening or steam cleaning/ironing coats and suits). Steps from National Assembly Station that links to Gimpo and Incheon airport, or board the airport bus from there. Walking distance to Yeouido Hangang Park, 20 mins subway ride to Gangnam and Hongik Univ. Hongdae. Having said that, a few more things could have made it a more comfortable apartment hotel: include starter packs of dishwashing soap, dish wipe and laundry detergent instead of making guests have to buy these from reception (otherwise, it can't credibly offer apartment service). Lack of in-room dining space or chair for more than 1 person (it was either eat at the work desk or the floor). We also emailed the hotel with a query on advance luggage storage and a request to be given a room away from the ongoing construction site but our email query and room request were ignored. Hopefully hotel communications with guests could be improved.

Clean and tidy room. I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Connoisseur Residence Hotel during a business trip, and overall, it was a delightful experience. This boutique hotel offers a blend of comfort, and personalized service that caters to the needs of discerning travelers. Like the electrical appliances at the door.

Hotel location considered good as is near subway. The room is clean - note that housekeeping is once every 3 days. The washer and dryer were plus points, there was also an LG styler to sanitize clothes. Place is an eco hotel - bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they are not provided.

All the amenities here were still new, Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with space to rest and chill. staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. It is a quiet street after working hours, however you can still grab foods and convenient store nearby.

Super convenient stay in Yeoido area. Just 2min walk to the nearest metro station, 3min to direct airports transfer bus station! Rooms are spacious and clean, can open two 24 inches luggage bags! Strongly recommended this stay! :)

Only one night, self check in, was a good stay all in all.

Best location. Feeling like home. Have washing machine & clothes dryer & air dresser.
