If you're looking for a place away from the hustle bustle, this will be an ideal place. Lots of shops around and train station located nearby. Nice clean apartment and amenities are well equipped but you need to translate certain instructions to use them. Overall satisfied and highly recommend to anyone.

It's spacious and the rooms are separated, so it's good for a late night game, and there are all the cooking utensils. The mirror arrangement and interior sense stand out. There's a brunch cafe with great value for money on the first floor. Today's soup is 2,000 won?

The location near the Nambu Terminal, the facilities, and the cleanliness are all very good for the price~!! It's newly built, so it's clean, and it doesn't look like a lodging facility, but like an officetel model house.. It's bigger than a typical hotel suite, and the furniture and fixtures look new, so it's even better~!! The downside is that there's no information desk, so you have to carefully check the reservation email or KakaoTalk text message for unmanned self-check-in, and there was a problem with the indoor boiler at night (no hot water), so I tried to inquire, but communication was not smooth after 11 PM, and lastly, the vehicle parking is paid~! (15,000 won for parking for more than 8 hours after entering / 1,800 won per hour for leaving 8 hours before) If you leave once in the middle and check out the next day, a total of 23,000 won is incurred, and when using a vehicle, you should see "room fee + parking fee = total amount" to accurately calculate the rate for one night. However, compared to regular hotels, there are many advantages of being clean and private, and the fact that you can use the washing machine and kitchen seems to be the biggest advantage.

I had to book a place to stay in Seoul because of my itinerary, and it was a great deal at a reasonable price. It seems better than a hotel. Haha However, the air conditioner was not cleaned, so I wiped the area with a wet tissue. The bathroom was small and a bit inconvenient, but overall, it was clean and it felt like home, so I liked it. I paid a separate parking fee of 15,000 won, and it was a bit noisy in the morning because there was construction going on outside. please refer to this.

I stayed there for a day the day before going to a hospital near Seocho-gu, and the location was great and the facilities were at the level of a high-end officetel, so I really liked it. Although there was no view, it was a clean and comfortable one-day stay. I think overseas visitors will also like it a lot. We live in Hawaii, USA, and my husband liked it too. The interior was well done and the styler was used well. The door lock, air conditioner, floor, bathroom tiles, large TV, etc. were all made by New LG Electronics and the functions were good. I want to place them in my home as well. The food at the delicious pasta restaurant on the first floor was good. It was just a pity that there was no front desk staff.

Korean furniture and electrical appliances are very beautiful, exquisite and easy to use. I feel very comfortable resting in the apartment. The people I meet are very nice and enthusiastic. I love Seoul very much. I look forward to coming back next time. I miss the convenience stores in Seoul. Mega, atmosphere, exquisite Koreans 😌

The location is near Nambu Terminal on Line 3 and the accommodation was very good. The unmanned check-in system was convenient, and the house was equipped with kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a drying rack, a styler, etc., so I was able to rest very comfortably :)

I go often and the staff are very friendly and nice. I will go again next time. Room condition is good, parking is spacious and facilities are good. Everyone go here.
