Very good guesthouse. Great location, no need to worry. 2 mnts walk from Myeongdong station. Staff friendly. My room is quite small but have everything needed. Got fridge and private bathroom. But wifi is off when you off the tv so quite inconvenient. Free water bottles. No idea about iron bcs I bring my own iron. Overall can consider this guesthouse 👍🏻

Perfect guesthouse close to all the action. Cozy and calm: perfect to relax after a day of discovery in Seoul. The owner is so nice and welcoming. A must!

The room area is also enough for 3 people plus 3 large suitcases, and it is not crowded. The bathroom is clean and convenient for taking a shower. The sound insulation is also very good. It is not noisy at night. The location is particularly good. It is a 2-minute walk from Exit 3 of the Myeongdong subway station. The check-in point of the comic street is 2 meters left after leaving the B&B. There are GS25 and 7-11 convenience stores. There is also a TWOTWO fried chicken headquarters downstairs in the B&B. It is really delicious. The main flavors are soy sauce and original. Sweet and spicy and garlic flavors are also delicious. Lotte Department Store and Shinsegae Department Store are a 10-minute walk. Daiso and emart are very close 24 hours a day. The B&B also provides free mineral water, coffee drinks, umbrellas, etc. In short, this B&B is better than expected. I will come again next time

The landlord has a very good service attitude. He will help if you need to make a reservation or order takeout. The room was tidy and adequate if living alone. The location is very good. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the subway station exit and 5 minutes to reach Myeongdong. There is also a bus stop nearby. The only thing is that the water pressure in the shower is a bit low, but the temperature is hot enough.
