The hotel location is excellent which is next to the MRT line 2 and within the Myeongdong area. The staff is friendly as well .

the service was excellent, staff were attentive and easy to converse with. housekeeping staff were amazing too, room was very very clean and tidy. location was excellent, very near the train station. highly reccomend. hotel gave us a 20% off discount off my next booking because one of the days there was construction happening in the vicinity and it was not their fault for the noise but it was a very nice and appreciated gesture. i'll stay here again the next time i am in seoul. no complaints from me.

The location is very convenient. The waiters in the hotel lobby are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. There is a 7-11, a pharmacy, oliveyoung, BHC, and many coffee shops nearby. It is very convenient to take the airport bus 6015. I will choose it again next time
