UH Suite the Gangnam Reviews

Booked the room with the hot tub in the living room. House cleaning every 4 days but they change towels, dustbin and wash your dishes (if there is too many) daily. Came here around mid of Feb and there is also floor heater (adjustable) Everything is great except these few things. - only 1 showering toilet (for 6 paxes) but there is 2 toilet cubicles separated. - Personally felt that the air damn dry and quite dusty. - only able to use hotel bath bomb or else will be fined if used others. ($9,000 won each) - unsure why the sharing hot tub water is always so cold and take around 1h + to fill till shin level when sitting down. Overall experience is good. I will rebook again if I’m gg with my friends but this time I will book the one with 2 showering toilet.

First time using this hotel for a group of four New and clean 2-3 minute walk from Gangnam Station, diagonally opposite 7-Eleven The entrance is on the left, go down to the basement for reception You can make inquiries in real time if you register with LINE The shops on the first floor were closed, so at first glance it didn't look like a hotel The bed was bigger than I expected, so it was no problem for two people to sleep The living space was also nice, although we didn't use the kitchen All the glasses and other items were available There was mineral water in the fridge, one free bottle per person per day Amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes were available, but There were no bathrobes, so you had to bring your own I'm glad there were two toilets and shower rooms Tissues were only on the living table, and trash cans were only in the toilet and living room, so it would have been nice if there were some in the bedroom The heated floor worked in the bathroom as well, so it was comfortable The room was bright and sunny in the morning, so it was very satisfying!

The TV didn't turn on, and when it did, the Netflix login information of the previous guest was still there, so I was worried that my personal information was leaking. The towels smelled really bad, and the bathroom had a really strong drainage smell, so I didn't feel comfortable. Just then, in the middle of the night, the fire alarm rang loudly, and even though I had just gotten out of the bath, I quickly went outside and evacuated, and hurried down the stairs from the top floor, the 11th floor. The alarm didn't stop, and a staff member came and dealt with it, but it didn't stop for about 30 minutes, so I had to wait outside shivering in the cold for a while. In the end, it turned out to be a false alarm, but even though I had taken a bath, I was sweating and my body got cold afterwards, so it was a really terrible stay. (About 30 people came down from the room.) Even though I had such a terrible experience, there was not a single apology when I checked out, and they contacted me on Line to check out early, even though my check-out was not delayed. I have never been to a hotel with such terrible customer service before. I was really looking forward to it because it's one of my favorite hotels, so I'm very disappointed.
