On our first night there was one tiny insect crawling on the bed. But overall, if you’re just going to sleep there, it serves its purpose. It is good enough. There’s convenience stores below the hotel and it is near 회현 (Hoe Hyeon) station.

The room is very small, the shower is with the toilet and very small so after shower everything is wet , mould on the ceiling The hotel have a smell not very pleasant Location is ok , I didn’t even finish my stay as I couldn’t sleep Mattress and pillows not good The price wasn’t that cheap for what you can have I’ve stayed on cheaper places with a way better service

Very good rooms with a cafe in the lobby. Nice location and has friendly staff.

Booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. 1 of the rooms has bad smell and all the toilet also has bad smell. Requested to change room but the staff say fully book so I moved out after just staying 2 nights. Not recommended unless your have low budget. However the staff are quite friendly and helpful. Was given a small gift when we checked out.

To be honest, I was a little disappointed at first because it felt more like a dormitory or guesthouse than a hotel, but the location was very good and convenient. It was about a 2-minute walk from Hoehyeon Station, about 10-15 minutes from Seoul Station and Myeongdong Station, and a few stops from Dongdaemun Station without changing trains. The front desk was like a counter where you order at a cafe. The room I stayed in was not the room right after you opened the door, but rather there was a hallway-like area before the room, which was nice. I was able to put my umbrella there when it got wet in the rain. The facilities were a little old, and there was no shower curtain over the bathtub, so the toilet got wet. Both the room and the bathtub were spacious enough. On the first day, I was bothered by the bugs in the hallway, but on the second day, there were no problems. The air conditioner in the room makes strange noises. Is the internal equipment like a small hotel in a county town? The price during the National Day holiday is very uneconomical, but the best thing is the transportation, close to the subway station and duty-free shop.

The front desk service was very good. I traveled abroad with my children and didn't want to encounter discrimination against Chinese people. I booked this hotel after seeing the reviews. The foreigner at the front desk was really nice to us. He would greet us warmly every day when he came back from going out, and chat with us, making the children laugh. He would try his best to say "I love you" in Chinese.

The surrounding area is convenient for travel, there are many convenience stores and beverage shops, the service is friendly, the room is relatively small, the shower and sink are close together, and the internal structure of the whole building is quite special, you need to climb up and down. Apart from the hardware, it is a good experience.

The location is very good. It is very convenient to go to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun. It takes three minutes to walk to the subway station... The service at the front desk is also very good and polite..

We stayed for 3 nights with 4 people (one was 15 years old). 15-year-olds are considered children, and the staff said "please contact us directly for any additional charges," so I was worried about how much extra we would be charged, but when I arrived and told the hotel staff, they asked, "It's small, but is that okay?" and they gave us extra towels and other things without any extra charge. We slept with a double bed and a single bed pushed together, but it was still small. The hotel is a little old, but it has a retro feel and is compact. The front desk is a cafe, and it is used by people other than guests. The male staff was friendly, and the female staff was quiet, but it wasn't particularly annoying. Neither staff spoke Japanese, so we communicated through an app on our phones. The room size was not that big, but we were able to spread out two suitcases and work, so it wasn't a problem. The bathroom and toilet were shared, and it was unfortunate that the toilet was soaking wet after taking a bath, but it was good that we could flush toilet paper in the toilet. They lent us two conversion plugs at check-in, but it took a while because the hotel's outlets were bad and the phone stopped charging halfway through. It's only about 2 minutes from the station, so it's very convenient, and there are stores nearby that are open 24 hours, so the location is satisfactory. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep hotel costs down.

The location is near the station! Very good location. The only negative point was that most of the products were covered in dust. Another negative factor is that the bathroom gets messy. It was nice that check in and check out was easy.

All the staff were kind and made a good impression. The hotel is right in front of the Rex Hotel and once you know it, it's easy to access. If you would like to drink tea or coffee in your room, we recommend that you bring your own T-pack as there are no facilities provided. The cafe attached to the reception desk smells like coffee when it's open, so it might be a good idea to try it out!
