Good location. Walking distance to train, city bus and airport bus.
The staff were friendly and greeted us whenever we return to hotel. The housekeeping staff were nice too.
Microwave oven & self service washing machine available.
Easily locate Korea bbq, western and fast food restaurants downstairs. Convenience store just on the right.
Room space was decent.
Glad to be able to leave my luggages with the hotel when I went for short ski trip.
Stayed there for 5 nights with 2 kids.

Having trouble locating closest subway exit..other than that is a short walk to hotel.
Hotel room is clean…just that the power socket points could improve further.

Good location and clean hotel room, modern and simple design. Overall we are happy staying in the hotel, but when I needed the hotel counter person to help me call a taxi to the airport they were rejected and asked me to flap the taxi myself. I was waiting for 30mins can't get a taxi and ended up walking to another 5 star hotel to ask for help.

Fantastic 4 nites stay at this hotel...good location 10-15min walk away from famous Myeongdong shopping street..10min walk from lotte young n lotte duty free too...room was clean water pressure was strong...they even helped me book a 3am taxi to incheon airport...excellent

First time to Korea and very happy with Hotel Thomas. Walking distance to Namdaemun market and Myeongdong walking street and subway stations/underground shopping malls. Restaurants aplenty nearby as well. Room was spacious and clean.

Love the hotel!
Staffs are helpful, warm, and friendly.
The location is awesome. For it is near the city hall, there are so many restaurants around here you can choose from.
A cafe is right in the lobby and you can even find a scale if you want to weigh your luggage.

Nice location, 3-5 mins walks from metro (Citihall station: exit#7). Nice clean & Staff always have the service mind in here.

The location is one of the best in Myeongdong. In an area with lots of great food, evident from the crowds. A 5 min walk to Myeongdong and metro stations. Service was good, room was simple and clean. Housekeeping was great as well. Would recommend to book if you want to have a great experience in Seoul. Only thing lacking was amenities which I guess was not provided due to covid but other hotels we stayed prior to this one did provide.
