We booked 2 nights, check-in policy from 4:00 p.m.! Because we arrived earlier than planned at 12 noon, the receptionist did not let us check in. When we returned at 3:30 p.m., the receptionist checked in for us, but it was not yet 4:00 p.m. so he told us to wait. At exactly 4:00 p.m. when we returned to the reception desk to receive our room key, he asked what we needed @.@, even though we had been waiting in front of him for 30 minutes and there were no guests. other! Then the receptionist also took a lot of time to identify the room and give me the room key. I was really disappointed. :( Only 5 minutes walk from the station, located in the central street so it is very convenient to move. The room is very small but carpeted and very clean! The mattress is very soft and the bed sheets are clean and fragrant. The toilet is very small and difficult to manage in a narrow space. The sink water valve is loose, as if it wants to fall out when in use. A very bad experience, at 1am on the first night! The fire alarm went off! We, like other customers, hurriedly ran down the stairs to the lobby! But the hotel staff did not seem worried at all while almost all the guests were afraid to move down here. He just said “we are checking” with a very unprofessional attitude! After about 10 minutes, he said "fake alarm", and basically said that everyone could return to the room. One more thing, when we checked in, we were asked if we wanted the room cleaned the next day? After answering yes, the staff asked us NOT to stay in the room from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. the next day, because that was cleaning time. I'm very surprised! After that, we chose not to clean the room (we will exchange new towels - hang them on the door the next day according to hotel regulations). But the next day there were no new towels hanging in our dark room Hotel staff are less friendly and have poor English. Those were extremely bad experiences that I don't want to go through again. I will never choose Toyoko system room again because the experience was so bad.
